Walked in today (10/21/2025) to buy a bowtie for my husband. The grey haired man at the back counter was so incredibly rude that I walked out. I walked up to ask about said bowtie and was greeted with "yes?" as if I was interrupting his fumbling through paperwork to make a purchase. We will find another business to purchase my husands formal/semi-formal wear from now on.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. They asked what I was looking for and I was enthusiastically asked what event I was needing the new suit for. I engaged with 3 different employees and all of them were really great. Dave was the biggest help. He knew his craft, measured and fit me well, and was professional throughout. This was the first time I’ve bought a suit and I really appreciate all the employees that helped to make it a good experience
