I have been going to Menrad since 2008 because they do exceptional work at fair prices. I recently took my 1984 Diesel in for a valve adjustment and brake problem. I was very satisfied with the outcome. The engine runs much better and they solved the brake problem by working on the caliper rather than just replacing it. As long as I own a Mercedes I will only take it to Menrad.

I bought a used SLK 230 Convertible from Jeff's repair shop in February of this year. The shop has great reviews and primarily deals with Mercedes so I expect quality. Jeff gave all these assurances that the car was tip top, offered me service records, the whole act and really wouldn't negotiate the price of the car because of its quality. Just shy of 1 month of driving this car and it has issues. The convertible hardtop no longer works and the check engine light on, in addition to other smaller issues that were hidden at the time of purchase. I haven't even driven 1k miles... Oh, and the service records he gave me? They were for another car... Nice one Jeff. I've tried to get him on the phone but mysteriously he's never there. I should have been suspicious when he was so adamant about me giving him favorable Ebay feedback immediately. If this car is an indicator of the work of this shop, I'd stay away.

Best independent Mercedes service center around. Honest, good work. Does not use cheap parts or cheap labor. For sure the cost of maintaining a mercedes is not easy to swallow sometimes, but you purchases a mercedes and now you have to pay to maintain it. If you want cheap parts from china and cheap service look someplace else. If you want great service with great technicians, go to Menrad for you Mercedes needs!!!

Today was my second visit here just short of a full year. I needed my brakes checked and took my 2012 GLK in. Dave was great, he explained and showed me where the ware was on my brakes and was very thorough throughout. Their prices are very fair and I always get quality service in a timely manner.
