horrible service! I brought in my car for body work due to damages from a car accident, the service advisor in the name of Jacky Huang never bother to call me back for update despite calling him and leaving me several voicemails. When he picks up the phone then hang up on me immediately (knowing my phone number). I can't believe this is the service I am getting with Mercedez, this will be my last vehicle with them. Just called and asked to speak with supervisor and was told by front desk Kimberly that the supervisor is with a client. I hate getting this kind of run around.

They took an extra day to take care of the airbag recall but they supplied me with a free Lyft transport to and from the service center to my house. (All Mercedes Benz customers get this treatment; I’m just not sure if the customers know of that. They can provide the free courier as far as great neck.) I also snagged a yogurt; bottle of water, granola bar and even made a cup of coffee before I left. The best or nothing

I was blown away by the welcoming and attentive service particularly from George and Wendy. The waiting lounge was spotless and comfortable with unlimited coffee, water, juices, and yogurt. This is exactly what you'd expect from a world-class Mercedes-Benz service department, but this particular location takes it to the next level with its spaciousness and pristine condition.
