All of the employees that work here are great. I dropped my car off to be serviced and the loaner car was ready right away. When my car was ready to be picked up they asked when I would be there so, I didnβt have to wait for them to get my car. I simply pulled up gave them the loaner car keys and got in my car and left.

Here, i get all the service I need and have a great warranty on their work (not that it needs it to begin with since it's always done right). extremely courteous staff from Porter to cashier to SAMUEL LAFOCA, whom I think is the best service advisor I've ever worked with. He always goes the extra miles to shave my bill off here, there and whatever he can do. So if you go to this dealer (and I do recommend you do) and you will be a new client, request for SAM. Totally clean dealership with great coffee ππππ. Highly recommended.

For an airbag recall during the pandemic, they picked up my car exactly on time, installed the new airbag, washed and cleaned my car inside and out, and filled it with gas, returning it that same afternoon. The service so terrible. Our car was left there for more than a week and no one called us. The person who helped us was not in the office after that. So there was no one to take it over. We had to took our car to another Mercedes place to get what it needs be done. NEVER come back this place anymore.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT OFFERS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Being a βhigh endβ dealership they have no professionalism and lack communication skills. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have a 2022 AMG GLE 53 Iβve had to take it in for service and different issues and each time I have to call multiple times to get updates because they have no common courtesy to update you. Each time Iβve picked up my car the only thing theyβre good at is charging you. They have NEVER let me know what they did to my car or what they found or what needs to be fixed on it. This last visit I told them NOT to wash my car because it was detailed and guess what they didβ¦ they threw it in the car wash and left it with water spots all over. If youβre not going to listen to the customer at least dry it and make it look presentable for when I pick it up. I have left the manager voicemails and I havenβt received a call back to relay my concerns. Save yourself the stress and purchase your car at a different dealer. One where their service βadvisorsβ have common courtesy and actual professionalism.

Very responsive, polite, was not sure what to expect with my sprinter motor home and their facility to handle it. The engine light had come on with no obvious running issues. Mercedes had to order parts and all repairs completed by the next morning by 9:30 am. Great job guys.

Took car in for the yearly service/maintenance/inspection. I was assured there would be a Diagnostic test as well and a test drive. Millage in and out was the same. Yearly inspection not done. Cost $210.00 for a car wash. And they had the car for 2 days! Service manager is not reachable and doesn't return calls. Horrible service! Beware. We will go back to the Escondido dealership from now on.

Have taken our car to this service department a few times and it's always been the same disappointing experience. Service department agents have always been rude and annoyed. They never follow through on their commitments to provide updates. The car has never been ready when they say it will. They show zero remorse for missing on all these basic customer service practices. Not once have they offered to make it right or apologize when we ask why they are not following up or missing deadlines. Overall, completely unsatisfied with this service department. We have experienced the same level incompetency from multiple service agents. Highly recommend making the drive elsewhere if you can. We will be taking our cars to a different dealership moving forward.

Iβve had my car serviced here twice now and both times have been such a great experience. Service advisor, Alvaro Acevedo, is simply amazing! I just call him up and he works on getting my car in right away and always makes sure I have transportation to and from the dealer, whether with a shuttle or loaner. He keeps me updated throughout the service process and ultimately gets me back on the road with my car feeling like new again!

A truly Professional experience, surrounded with excellence. Service Consultant Jose Hernandez first of all listened to the Customer's needs, then politely made suggestions to correct the issue. He assured me that we would accomplish the repairs with my best interest in mind. Jose was in touch with a text message or a phone call every step of the way setting a comfortable and agreeable expectation. I found this to be a comforting experience, and that my Mercedes was in excellent hands. Lulu Rodgers assisted me with a Loaner vehicle, and that piece too was slick and smooth. I want to personally thank Bruce Barrett the service advisor in Temecula for helping my mother with her vehicle.. we were up against a major problem with her car and he was able to come up with a solution for my 80 year old mother that made both if us extremely happy, he followed up, he stayed on the issue until it was resolved and thatβs the best gift we could receive during the holidays ..
