True hassle free out of state buying experience. I’ve purchased cars from out of state before and almost all of them gave me headaches with finance, DMV work, and delivery. I gave another shot with Mercedes of Yakima and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Both David and Craig made all the process easy and smooth. I’m leaving this review on my own because this is a least I could do to thank Mercedes of Yakima for giving me a superb deal and true 5 star buying experience. Even though it’s out of state, I’ll be proudly displaying Mercedes of Yakima license plate frame on my car.

Very happy with purchase. They did not push to buy a stock vehicle and the reserve price was low compared to other dealers. They would contact me when a vehicle similar to what I wanted was in stock to determine if I was interested. I was not rushed to make a decision or buy immediately. Overall great experience and would recommend visiting them.

If I could possibly leave a 0 star I would. From beginning to end dealing with this service department was a nightmare. Of course when you buy a car here they tell you the best things but when there’s an issue with the vehicle nobody wants to deal with you. Taylor was rude, condescending, and should not be working in customer service. Not only were they not able to figure out what’s wrong with my car but they also weren’t able to get me a loaner vehicle so I’ve been without a car for a month! Mind you I’m still under manufacture warranty with this car. So glad I made the decision to have my car picked up and sent to the tri cities to get serviced instead they are more professional and actually treated me like a customer and not like a nuisance. Pros: they had no customers when I went in so I got my car keys fast Cons: everything

Absolutely pathetic. They have had my car for well over 6 months for a warranty part and never made progress with getting the part. I took it into my own hands to get the part and now they are expecting me to pay for the labor because i was able to get the part and they weren’t even under warranty.

Worst experience ever do not come here. They had my car in service for almost 6months. But I should’ve known it was going to be a bad experience when they told me my car wasnt worth fixing because I was going to spend more than what it was worth. Which I totally understand but I think that should be my decision to make. NOT ONCE did they ever call me. I was the one constantly calling and checking in seeing if they had any information. I went months sometimes without calling because I was embarrassed thinking about how busy they were (which I shouldn’t of been) All for them to tell me (because I showed up) that they couldn’t fix the car because they didn’t get the part. Could’ve easily communicated that with me but they didn’t I had to show up for them to tell me. 6 months!!! They also lost a small part which wasn’t a big deal to me until they told me “ they can’t find the part but it’s not of importance for the vehicle it’s only 10$ if you want to purchase a new one “ I wasn’t even mad it was lost until they decided to tell me that. Anyways long story short worst communicators ever !!

Damaged front end of Mercedes SL55 and refused to take responsibility even though they have photos showing NO damage when it entered their shop. Poor, poor, poor way to run a business. Dodging responsibility, shame on you.

My time there was a bit long trying to finance a car but it's not like you can speed the process up but I did get a car am happy with the forteci got j7st wished I'd got the forte I wanted the gt line all is good though

Please be aware of the false claims. I took our car in for check engine light and was told the diagnostic was for a new thermostat once they fixed that they said the car needed a new water pump (they just replaced the thermostat a couple years ago). I took the car to another mechanic and was showed how they put the hose back with a crimp in it. I was also told and showed how the car did not need a new water pump. Yes, I took it back demanded they fix the hose. The car runs great now with out a new water pump. This Mercedes will never visit the Mercedes-Benz of Yakima.

It’s like buying a car from a circus no one knows what they are doing after making a deal on the car and leaving Boise to pick it up they scratched the car and didn’t want to do anything about it the car was listed online with 4 different prices can’t believe a Mercedes store would act like this

You've been bringing our Volkswagen cars to Steve Hahn 4 years. I can't speak to any of the other poor reviews but I've always had Stellar service here. The price is almost always going to be more than at an independent shop, but they definitely do things the right way here. The service guys have always been straightforward and I haven't received bad advice yet! If you're looking to get your vehicle serviced and they do it here, I would highly recommend it! They also do great stuff like hosting Toys for Tots. It's great to see a local company that also gives back to the community!

Sold me a $40k car that had been in an accident before. I called them to ask the salesman on information about the accident to try and pinpoint a problem i was experiencing, he was never at work haha. Left multiple messages for him and never heard back. Do not walk away, run! Big name dealers usually have some professional pride, not this place.
