Great service and price. While overnighting in Omaha, 2 of my car windows (front passenger and rear windshield) were broken out at the hotel we were staying at. Metro Glass was the only auto glass shop that would help me same day. All of the staff was super friendly, and it cost less than the larger companies had quoted me. Very happy with their work and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Not only was I quoted a price that was better than several others shops, when I picked up the car they told me that my car has an automatic calibration system so they took that off the bill. Lowered it another $300 bucks. I would have never known. That is 💯% honesty at its finest. Great workmanship and service.

Got a chip in my windshield. Looked / shopped around for the best price. Some places wanted $65 just for a chip fill ! Called metro after seeing their online ad for $20. Set up my appt and was in and out in 15 mins. $20 later the chip is filled and looks a lot better. If I’m unlucky to get another , I’m coming back here.

Great place! My wife needed a whole new windshield. After calling several places and receiving similar quotes we called Metro. The quote was nearly $100 less than the others. After something hit the windshield of my my new truck, I stopped in at Metro Glass to ask them if it was repairable. The technician not only came out immediately to look at the problem, but said that they could fix it right away if I wanted. They repaired the windshield in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. It looks like it never even happened! I am so pleased with their professional treatment. When my BRAND NEW vehicle got a rock chip, I was absolutely devastated and knew I needed to find someone I could trust with my vehicle to repair the damage. After researching and checking reviews, I went with Metro Glass, and I'm so glad I did! The entire process from start to finish-- booking to repair to payment-- was incredibly easy and pain-free. And with the $19.99 charge for rock chip repair, the price is impossible to beat! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was initially told I had TWO chips right next to each other that would have to be repaired and billed as two fixes, but they were so efficient they managed to get them both with just one! This efficiency and care is just one indicator of their great customer service-- they are there to take care of you, not to take advantage or take your money. Because it was a chip repair, it's all structural so the chips are still visible, but it's much less defined than they were before I came in and I'm incredibly happy with it! I can barely see it unless I look for it-- even my camera wouldn't focus on it without my finger there for it to focus on to take a picture of the repair! I'm so grateful for the staff at Metro Glass and I'm so glad I chose them for my repair. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of it!
