Really appreciated the crew. Vinny the manager, took care of me from time start to finish. He explain all my car needed, gave me best positive rate on brakes work. He got one of guys to take me home to get my debit card. I called excellent customer service. Any other place would have told me to go get it myself. Or just bring car back in the morning. Also the guys stayed late to work on my vehicle. I really appreciate the crew! I’ve been customer on and off for years. But tonight, I’m definitely will be a loyal one. It’s only Midas for me!!

I came here to get an inspection done. To my surprise I was literally in and out within 40 minutes. Austin provided great customer service upon entry and departure. A gentlemen name Tyler service my car and made me aware of what was needed to keep the performance in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this facility. Horrible exoerinence! The guy wrote my report Jordan Jackson(sits on the front desk) was rude. Before taking both front and rear break rotor service, I asked him any coupon is available for break service. He said no. When I showed him in the midas website about available break service coupon upto $150 off he randomly added $85 discount in one of the document, and he took a signature in one of the document where I thought discount was applied on the payment voucher. When I am ready to payment I asked him politely to clarify whether discount was applied or not as I am not seeing the discount on the payment voucher. He replied with a loud tone, "you already signed, there is no talking about payment anymore ". He can politely explain insead of rude behavior. I felt like I was scammed without any explanation I paid around $995 just for break pad and rotor service even after applied the discount he claimed.

Jordan is … amazing! As a person and a manager. TOTAL asset to the company, they better treat him right cos ANYONE would be blessed to have him in their company. I googled “Where to get a good oil change that doesn’t cost a fortune”, and this store was the first one to pop up, AND cost me half of what it did at Walmart! HALF! He was actually waiting on me to get there, and their bays and parking lot were completely full and because he knew I was in the middle of my workday and I need my car to work (plus I was shamefully 10,000 miles overdue 😬) and had been putting oil in it myself but not changing it (divorce and financial struggles are super fun y’all!) and he got me in and out of there so fast… and filled up my wiper fluid and pumped up my tires. I will always go there now. Love you Jordan and Midas!!!!

Although my car wasn’t able to get repaired they did so much. It’s a dealership issue but I walked away with answers and Jordan did not leave me hanging. I called and requested to speak with the District Manager, Chris Lee, regarding several serious and possible legal issues - INCLUDING damage to the frame of my NEW car. I was informed by the young lady who answered the phone (today around 538 pm), that I was not allowed to have that information, and would have to leave a message for him to contact me later. I asked for clarification regarding a timeframe he would be contacting me, and was told "I don't know. He is really busy and he doesn't live here." I have also reached out to the car dealership that referred me to this particular Midas location (Homewood, AL). Midas is contracted to perform certain jobs on all of the cars for the dealership. I have been sent back to Midas 3 and now possibly 4 times, and I haven't had the car 1 full month yet! I would like to escalate these issues to an authority higher than the store manager, Jordan Jackson, before possibly seeking legal counsel. This has cost me time away from work and increased anxiety related to the safety of my family since the work performed on my car is related to the BRAKES. I would appreciate someone providing me with the contact information for the district manager/owner/legal team or any other representative authorized to discuss these MULTIPLE issues with me. Time is of the essence. Thank you.

The receptionist was sweet and helpful. But can't say the same thing about the manager. In my previous visit, I was told to get a Midas Credit card for the perk of free tire rotation during oil change. I applied for and presented it in my next visit. But he wouldn't honor it. I changed the oil and they quoted me ~$1700 because "axle was leaking and would lead to a catestrophic failure". I had never noticed anything wrong with it before. So, I got a mechanic at another place to look at it and found out it was great and needed nothing. Just some normal dirt build-up. Just be careful before spending big money.

*Update: After waiting for three weeks, and having reached out to the corporate customer service line before and after posting this review, I have still not heard from anyone regarding my issue. The car had to be taken into another shop and another new motor have to be ordered because the other one that had been installed by this location was deemed unusable after the installation. I will now be including the pictures that were taken at the shop it’s at currently being worked on showing the damage that was done during the installation of the motor that is now having to be removed. I also forgot to mention cosmetic damage to the vehicle along with a cracked windshield and wipers that hyperextend past the sides of the windshield. Corporate and the owners have my information, so feel free to reach out, because I have tried. If I could leave less than one star I would. My car was with Midas for almost two months for a motor replacement, it was moved from Hoover to Homewood due to staffing issues and I was finally able to pick it up on 2/13/26. As soon as I hit the road it had the same issues but the shop had already closed for the day, I attempted to call but didn’t get an answer. I parked the car all weekend and brought it to another shop on 2/16/26 because it was experiencing the same issues as when I originally dropped it off, the horn wouldn’t work, and I had multiple lights that also wouldn’t come on. After diagnosing it for about two hours another shop determined that it was most likely ran without oil for an extended period of time and when everything was put back in place they crossed wires, smashed hoses, and lost about half of the bolts. I was charged for parts and labor on top of the warranty costs and am still without a drivable vehicle.
