Tom and his team did a great job diagnosing the problem with my daughter’s car and we got it back the same day! I know they might not always be the case but it certainly worked well that day. We have been their loyal customer since 2009 and they have literally saved us thousands from repairs and maintenance of 7 vehicles. I cannot remember the number of times we are told by other repair shops (from dealership to other chains and independent repair shops) that we need to replace something ASAP or we risk being in an accident or major repairs anytime and we bring it to them and they tell us it is good for a year or more. One time our Suburban suddenly stalled in Austin and the repair shop there said we need to replace the transmission for about $8k. We decided to risk the additional cost of having the truck transported back to Spring and have Midas Sawdust do the repair. They diagnosed the cause correctly and did it in less than 30 minutes for just over $100. That was over 3 years ago and we never had the same problem. We cannot speak highly enough of them and take every opportunity to recommend them.
