The front desk person was nice. But the mechanic does not communicate with customers he actually didn't speak any english at all. I bought new tires to replace my two front tires because the tread was showing. Instead, they put the new tires in the back. Once I complained about it, some other mechanic told me that replacing the back tires is more important than the front. Which is not true, especially when your front tires are so much worse than the back and the tread are showing.

Will NOT come once more! If you have more money no where to spend, you can try here. They have many ways to add extra fee to your current repairs. YES, they will do their best to take out the money from your pocket but not focus on repair your car. 2nd You need to take all your time to put your eyes on how they repair it. My car just got a small problem, after they repaired days after BOOM a lot of new problems come out. YES, they have magic!

I walked in and a worker told me that there were a couple of people ahead of me. So I waited for 30 minutes and didn't get any assistance. I had to go to the back and ask if someone could assist me. The same person told me that there was no one in the front and that they were pretty backed up. I asked him why didn't he tell me that at first instead of having me sit around for 30 minutes of wasted time. Customer service was horrible

Check-in was fast and took less than 5 mins. Everything was explained to me before the job was done. The job was completed quickly and on time. Jose and Valeria provided outstanding and professional service. I highly recommend them. The only complain I have is the toilet was very dirty the last time I was there in Oct 2023. So, I didn't try to use the toilet this time around on April 27, 2024. I hope the toilet is cleaned up for those customers waiting while their car is being worked on.

Didn't actually get a service done here so I cannot speak to that. However I came in last Saturday and I believe Jason was the name of the man who helped me. My car was sounding like something was caught underneath it. He immediately said let me check it out took it for a short test drive. Turns out my splash guard was partially torn off. He diagnosed this for me. Took about 5 minutes. Just wanna give him his props.

I don't give reviews often, been here a few times always great service, last time I left here we noticed a little oil leak after. Brought my car back, they rechecked, noticed a worn seal, replaced it, topped off my oil, cleaned my windshield and sent me off all with no charge. I felt this was great customer service on their part and went above and beyond my expectations. Will be back for sure

Gave them a call hoping that they would have time for a quick oil change. The owner was able to get me in. I dropped my car and went across the street to the mall while I waited.
