I’m so grateful to everyone at this Midas! I came in with a very quickly leaking puncture in my tire, it was my first day at a new job and I had an hour drive ahead of me and 30 minutes before I had to leave. No way was I going to make it, but they got me right in and fixed up! Some of the nicest help I’ve ever gotten! Highly recommend going to them, especially as a woman who knows very little about cars! Also, I made it to work on time… 😊 thank you guys again!

Just had Midas do a 4 wheel alignment where they did need to do some adjustments. While there fortunately they did a safety inspection and found that the less than 1 year old water pump was leaking. Living in the mountains this was a tremendous find. Thankfully the water pump is still under warranty. Once again Midas has come thru to keep my family safe! Thank you Team Midas!

Highest recommendation! I came in with bad rear brakes that were incredibly loud on a large sprinter van and they got the work done asap as I was just passing through. Carlos & Marcos were thorough & professional to work with. I sat and waited for the work to be done and watched how the place operated. The gents in the shop were nothing but respectful and tried to help out each other wherever they could. I don’t believe I met the owner when I was there but they should be mighty proud of the team they got working together, very few places manage to build a team dynamic like that. Carlos was very personable, family man and treated everyone as equals - respect. A HUGE thanks to the one who did the labour intensive work as my old brakes were basically seized on! Whatever he’s making - it’s not enough! Appreciate the effort!! 👍🏼 🚐 🪶 I’m Up and down the mountains again and the brakes are quite as a mouse!

Under new ownership and it’s definitely an upgrade. The manger really cares and made the effort to give me an honest assessment of what work I needed vs in the near future. Some places I go in for an oil change and then they come back with basically I need a new car. Definitely worth getting a quote and basic service was good.

Thank you to all the men that worked on my truck for getting the job done correctly I had a hard time at the other Midas 3937 N Blackstone had to take my truck back 3 times and finally I refused to have them work on it so they offered to fix it here @ 7340 N Blackstone they got the job done and I appreciate it. Even came back a couple days later with a cosmetic problem and they fixed up quickly and not extra cost to me. Took my car there to get fixed under warranty. The car came back in worse condition than it already was had to tow it back over there ended having the radiator / thermostat issues . They “fixed it “ again and. Sent me in my way . Check engine Light came on almost immediately after I left. I did not want my car to get fixed at that might as location so I took it to another one down the street Had an appointment at 8 am They didn’t touch the vehicle till 10:30 ish I drove by and called and told them why haven’t they touched it . They said it just got out on the lift . Then they ended up requesting parts . It was supposed to be to be a 1 hour window that they had it . They stayed wrong parts were shipped to them . They ended up keeping my truck over night. They got broken into the stole my truck. I am out brake pads that I just bought, car seats, and other miscellaneous items, nobody from their corporate office has called to see How they could help. There is no cameras or alsrms at this facility . Yes, my car did get recovered but when you drop off your car At a Midas facility, you would expect that to be somewhere secure for your car to be at I doubt my keys were in a lock Box seems odd that they will not have an alarm and security camera cameras given that they’ve been broken into 3 times. Yet they still have the audacity to ask for me to pay them $60 for a part that they installed after all the inconveniences that they Have caused as it was at this Midas because the Midas before in River Park “fixed” my car only for it to break 75 miles Later. terrible experience at both Midas in Fresno

I have to give Midas on Blackstone 5 stars. I limped in with a broken radiator. The counter rep offered an estimate and a full inspection for $119. The radiator needed to be replaced. The repair for my 2012 vehicle would be, $1,350. Nationwide, estimates for a replacement radiator for my vehicle fall between $1,600 and $2,300, according to various websites. As it turned out, the leaking radiator somehow corrupted the A/C compressor. After a day of waiting for a part from SoCal the car was ready. The total, which included an oil change, was $1,717. My A/C works better than before, and the radiator carries a decent warranty. I want to emphasize how polite and professional the two reps were throughout the process.

Dishonest shady owner.your tech destroys my Vw during an A/C recharge and now you deleted my car from your computer so you try to hide the proof. Well guess what your guys you fired have proof and so does the Vw dealership you sent my car too. Your tech destroys, cut the wire harness causing major problems with a now no start engine, no back up camera, no horn, no alarm , cracked windshield and broken interior plastic trims. The car had none of these issues until your shop touched it. I have pictures of the car with your tech removing my entire dash and the windshield washer motor also doesn’t work. Now you quit any attempt to fix it and change your computer system. The Vw dealership didn’t hide anything gave me proof for court. Maybe now you can do the right thing and fix everything your fired tech broke? I have reached out to you several times but your denial is so shady and unprofessional. Should we go to court or you finish my car?? Dirty ownership. Fix my car and I’ll delete this honest review of your subpar business. You fired at least 5 people of yours that had anything to do with my car. Dirty business

The manager was awesome. My car needed a part fixed (something for the engine) and they did it quickly. It was much cheaper than any other quote I got. I have had other repair shops lie about what repairs were needed, probably because I am a young woman who doesn't know anything about cars. However, that was not the case here! Highly recommend.
