So where can i start! Scott is a great guy he went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met.. There was one young guy named Justin. He went out of his way to check what I'd asked him to do he rotated my tires like I'd asked & even help me with a muffler question that I had. Keep it up young manđđ!!

Dropped my truck off for an oil change. Staff at the front was awesome. I believe I spoke with Travis. Super quick about getting my truck in for the service. My truck was cleaner upon pickup than when I left it. It wasn't a $5 oil change but it was competitively priced and they did a great job. Bonus points- there was no oil all over my motor after being serviced.

UPDATED REVIEW: I just wanted to give an update on this incident I had with midas. The Owner, Vik reached out to me immediately regarding my situation and displayed consistent professionalism throughout the process. Vik showed great concerns and emphasized that he wanted me to continue being a customer of Midas. I will admit, I never planned on going back to Midas until I spoke with Vik. He has definitely made me want to continue using midas for services. He stayed consistent with communication to help resolve my issues that I had with the store and he exceeded expectations. Thank You Vik for your assistance. ------------â--------------------------------------------------------- I feel compelled to share what has been the worst experience Iâve ever had at a Midas location, primarily due to poor customer service and mismanagement. The issue began with a phone call to the shop, where I spoke with the manager, Zack. While he was polite over the phone, that quickly changed once I arrived. I clearly stated that I needed an oil change and rear brake pads only, as I had already replaced the front brakes. Despite this, the shop proceeded to remove all four tires to perform a full inspection that I did not authorize or request. Zack then tried to upsell me on new rotors, which I declined. He continued to push the issue, making it clear he was more interested in selling unnecessary services than actually listening to what I wanted. I had to repeat multiple times that I only wanted the rear brake pads done. I arrived at 8:30 AM on Saturday, July 12, 2025, and wasnât finished until 11:30 AMâdespite there only being one car ahead of me. At checkout, Zack continued to pressure me into more services I didnât request. He also informed me that I needed a new lug nut and wheel stud, quoting $12.50 each, though these parts retail for about $7 combined. I offered to supply the parts myself, but Zack said he would order them. When I returned at 1:30 PM, the parts still hadnât been ordered. I had to wait while someone was sent out to pick them up. What should have been a simple job ended up taking three hours to complete. When I finally got my car back at 4:20 PM, I immediately noticed a lug nut missing and my stud tore off from the driverâs side. When I asked the mechanic, he claimed that tire was never removed which is completely false, as I personally witnessed them remove it earlier that day. Zack told me he would âhandle it on Monday,â since the shop is closed Sundays. I returned Monday, July 14, at 8:30 AM. Once again, the parts still had not been ordered. Zack told me I had to until 10:00 AM for the part to come in, I refused and went to pick up the parts to get it installed myself. When I returned, Zack seemed confused and claimed he thought we were only replacing a lug nut. I had to remind himâagainâthat we had discussed replacing both the stud and the lug nut on Saturday. By 10:45 AM, I asked for an update, as it had been two hours. Thatâs when Zack told me they couldnât install the lug nut without a new studâwhich I had already told him and had already provided. Instead of addressing the issue, Zack told the mechanic to try and ârigâ the damaged stud to fit the new lug nut. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Zack acted as if he had no recollection of our previous discussions and denied any responsibility for the damageâdespite the fact that his team was the only one to remove the tires. I told him directly that communication had been poor, his mechanics were sitting around with no updates provided, and I no longer felt comfortable leaving my car in their care. I requested they reattach the tire so I could leave. The only professional I encountered during this ordeal was the mechanic, James. He remained courteous and respectful throughout the experience. In addition to the service issues, the lack of cleanliness in the shop was concerning. The waiting area, windows, and entrance were covered in spider webs and dust, making it uncomfortable to sit inside. I waited outside instead.
