I came to Midas 2 minutes after my car was stolen and we recovered it with $3,000 worth of damage minus work effortlessly with me and in a timely manner to do everything and anything they could possibly do to help had great customer service was very professional I will definitely be coming back they take responsibility for their work and was very patient with me and I couldn't ask for anything more in this situation as we had some snags along the way but they got everything handled and worked with me and I cannot thank them enough owner of the 2012 Hyundai sonata that was stolen!!!!

Went in to get an oil change. Wife told them not to rotate our tires cause we just did it. Checked our car fax and They rotated it against our wishes. Not to mention afterwards our oil leak became substantially worse. We took it somewhere else and they had given us a faulty oil gasket and filter. Cost me 80 dollars to fix their mistake.

Today is November 4, 2025 I have walked to actually like four different car places out here in the plaza of airway so I’m just told me to go to Titus soon as I walked in everybody was friendly and I asked the question what happened was I was at flying aces and I kept my left my car on back cleaning and I needed a job so soon as I walked in and adjust my situation Toby immediately got somebody on the got somebody on for help with me and I actually got my car started started. I really recommend this place to anyone who needs any Service

I had a very disappointing experience at this Midas location. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 12:00 PM and arrived on time. I waited in the lobby for over 15 minutes while staff clearly saw me but did not acknowledge my presence or check me in. During this time, they were actively answering phone calls from other customers instead of assisting someone physically present with an appointment. I eventually had to call the store myself while sitting in the lobby just to get someone to come speak with me. When the employee came out, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes. When I mentioned that I had already been waiting despite having an appointment, I was told that “15 minutes is not a long time.” After the oil change was completed, I noticed my car started shaking slightly and making a scratchy noise from the wheels — something that was not happening prior to the service. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor customer handling, and the condition of my vehicle after service have left me concerned and dissatisfied. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and quality control.

Alright guys, I understand that sometimes longer wait times are the result of several factors not in your control. But my pre-scheduled appointment lasted 3 hours and 14 minutes for an oil change. It felt like I was being held hostage. I get if you're short staffed, or if your supervisor is like 5 hours later than he said he'd be, or you're missing some equipment and need it sent over. It happens. But I would have appreciated notification of just how long it would take, so I didn't need to reschedule my entire working day because of it. This isn't the only time either; every time I visit for an oil change I have to hunker down for at least 1 to 2 hours. Today was just too egregious, and I have to leave a review so hopefully some measure can be taken to help others who'll be in similar positions. And all this is excluding how my interactions with the reception guy went. After being told of a few additional issues with the car (low coolant, nail in a tire shoulder, etc) and calling my boss to ask if he wanted these addressed (he said no, we can handle it ourselves, it's a company car), I told Mr. Reception to stick with the oil change. His response to this was a series of increasingly annoyed passive aggressive comments at our choice not to do the extra work. It's like this was the first No he had ever received and wasn't able to process it. Sorry, but I'd rather not celebrate my next 8 birthdays in the Midas lobby waiting for these things to get fixed. On the phone with my boss he mentioned it takes some time to diagnose and write up the repairs, which he had to toss out when I declined. That's likely why he was annoyed. But...really though. Are you chiseling these notes on a cave wall? At most it should take 5-10 minutes to write out, and certainly isn't an amount of time lost that warrants treating a customer like that after he just spend 3+ hours turning to stone in your lobby chair. Anyway, I'm not looking for a generic "we'll do better" response from management on this review. I'm looking for more cordial customer service and heads ups that things may take longer than expected. I have to come back here because my boss (for some reason) insists on it, so please help me out here. If you do I may remove this review, which probably took longer to type than it took Mr. Reception to write up that report.

Had to lower the score from a 5 to a 3. I like their overall car services and pricing but they have consistently taken longer and longer to do an oil change. Getting there on time without other customers around should not take 2 hours to do an oil change. yes, only two people are working at the moment but 2 hours is a joke. An hour if short staffed and plenty of customers, sure i get it but need to step it up people. I do not want to go to 5 min oil change places...

Google rating HIGHLY OVERINFLATED. I don’t think these guys know what they’re doing, and I definitely recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to keep going back. Went in to Midas on Friday complaining about my check engine light coming on, and described some issues I was dealing with. I called ahead before bringing my car in around 4:30pm, and left a little after 6pm, thinking I was good to go. $100. Saturday evening, my light came back on and I was dealing with the same symptoms I told them about. I brought the car back to Midas on Monday, and left 3hrs later thinking that surely THIS TIME, I was good to go. This time, spent ~$420 after declining an additional service they recommended which would have brought the cost up to ~$620. Thank god I declined, because hours later, the issue popped up again. Today, I brought my car in for a 2:30pm “appointment” (don’t think those actually exist here, they just work on cars as they come in) and got called back at 5pm to hear that they found the issue: ~$450. I thanked them for their time, but said I’d be taking my car elsewhere, because there is no way I trust that this would be the final trip. 3 trips to find a solution that should have been obvious the first day. 3 different payments to resolve 1 issue? Every business is different, but I would expect you cut your customer slack at that point and discount that third service, or even offer a partial refund. Extremely disappointed with the experience, just goes to show that their Google rating is highly overinflated.

Never again , I got 4 “brand new tires” , if you wanna say they are brand new. I only have them for a year and already having issue. They were fine then not even 2 months of having them , a big bump form on to my front tire. It was fine to drive since they wouldn’t replace it since I wouldn’t give them more money for warranty. I’m not paying 800 for tires then another 80 for a warranty. Should already come with warranty. After 6 months goes by , same tire form another big bump but it was way worst. They are the most junky tires I ever bought. Maybe since I was a girl they could sold me the use tires.. lesson learnt to look at them before driving off. On a donut after paying that much 😭

Went to get an oil change because I won a free oil change from work and I get there about 830-845 am and didnt leave The store until 12 pm due to needing a drain plug replacement that they didnt have in stock, they end up getting one and it's the wrong part so I had to wait longer, then proceeds to still charge me for said part after waiting all that time so I basically didn't get a free oil change after all.. manger was nice but waisting half my day sucked. Definitely wont be back.

Here ye, here ye! 📯 I have heard tales about how incredible this Midas location is, but I was still unprepared for the experience that was in store for me. I walked in as a mere peasant that knew nothing about cars, but the second I came through the doors, I was (metaphorically) swept off my feet and carried to a magical place of knowledge and understanding by the incredible manager and staff. The manager at the front desk walked me through each process with the expertise and patience of a master, and with the kindness and humor of a famed court jester. Previously, trying to teach me about cars was like getting the village fool to solve a riddle. It simply couldn't be done. But now I know more about cars than I ever have before, all thanks to the amazing manager of this location. I think James should be crowned King Midas and would be fit to run the entire Midas kingdom. Thank you to the Airway Midas royal crew for a wonderful car repair service beyond my wildest dreams. I shall be a loyal subject to this location from now on 🤴🤝🚗

I absolutely love going to this location. They’re very personable. I literally let them work on my car for almost everything. They make me feel comfortable with leaving my car in their hands. They never pressure you into any service, however they will be honest on the severe things that needs to be done. I truly thank all the techs and the manager for assisting me, but even more listening to me. They don’t just brush off the little knowledge I know, even if I’m incorrect. I have been going to this Midas for over 15 years. The staff may have changed but the quality has not. They're always detailing explains what my car needs. I brought different cars to the facility and even able to work on all of them. And they do honest estimates even though they understand. I may not have a price range for different things and they explain different things can wait and different things are priorities.
