Amazing!! I pulled into this shop on a wing and a prayer that they could change out 1 windshield wiper for me...the drivers side...2 other people had tried to get my old one off and couldn't do it. The man at the desk did the job in less than 5 min!! I offered to pay him and he wouldn't allow it! Thats amazing customer service. Because I was beginning to think I would never get it changed out!!
