I recently had my car repaired at StormWise Auto Hail Repair and Collision Repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Layah, the associate who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire process, making it seamless and stress-free. The communication was top-notch; I was kept informed at every stage of the repair. Layah ensured that I understood what was happening with my car and answered all my questions promptly. The repair work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. My car looks as good as new, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the workmanship. WARNING !!! please no matter how sweet they talk and offer you whatever they say . “DO NOT “ I repeat “DO NOT” do business with this company, they will repair some some stuff but damage a lot of other things on your vehicle. Also they took a whole 6 months to get our Vehicle repaired from hail damage and it wasn’t done correctly. The hood was repainted and they barely put enough paint and clear coats on it, the microns of thickness was half of a regular factory paint job, there were bubbles in the paint job and it was all hazy and scratched so I had to repair it myself. Also my brand new wheels were scratched. Roof was scratched and I have all the emails and photos to prove all this. I’m taking the time to write and post this to save you a lot of headaches and damage to your car. I do professional detailing and this is the probably one of the worst places in Colorado also they are extremely rude and don’t communicate with other employees on the status of your vehicle. Even if they say it’s lifetime warranty they will not repair it properly. Best bet is is to take your car to a authorized insurance shop. Also they will always do a long explanation on defending themselves to blame the client. If they do I will repost all the emails and photos of their shady business. One more thing they tried to charge my insurance company like $19,000 for a $12,000 job. So they settled at around $13k

Great company. They helped me in getting the insurance company online and with the paperwork issue USAA had. Once all the parts came in, they were on it and had it repaired in a decent amount of time. They also replaced a range plug-in that got misplaced with no question. The owners are hands-on and great people. The truck looks great. 👌

I had the best experience with Stormwise and Desiree. Before dropping off my car, I read all the reviews, although most all of them were amazing, there were those few that left me uneasy. I’m so glad I made the choice I made and took my car to Stormwise, mainly because it’s one of the few ma and pa shop’s still around. They backed up every word they said they would do, communication was great, had no problem communicating with Desiree, it was a constant conversation back and forth, keeping me updated on all the insurance issues. When I received my car, true test, it was beautiful, like brand new!!! The work that was performed on my car, hail damage repair, was absolutely perfect!!! I would, absolutely, refer Stormwise to others for a job well done!!! Thank you Stormwise, you got my vote!

I recently took my car to stormwise to fix my hail damage. From the initial call I was made to feel welcomed and taken care of, from handling all of my questions, dealing with insurance, finding me a rental car offering to come in on a day they are closed to make sure I was able to drop my car off. I have a newborn baby and they normally send people in an Uber to the rental car place but Desiree road with me in my car to make sure me and my baby made it easily to get our rental and even waited until I got the rental before she left! They offered so much good advice and honestly were just great through the whole process. My car was considered a total loss so I cant speak on the quality of work but with customer service like they offered im sure the work they provide is equally great. Even after the total loss determination they gave me references for other options to make sure I was taken care all the way through this process! I would recommend them all day to everyone!

I was so upset after my new 2025 car was hail damaged. We read reviews and decided to use Stormwise. Although it took a little longer than what we expected, i understand how insurance works and after they found additional damage, they had to resubmit for additional funds. I got phone calls twice a week and often additional texts. When I got my car back, it looked fantastic. We decided to give them our truck to repair that hail damage. They even picked it up and returned it to our home, again perfectly fixed.

My car has sat in the shop for nearly 3 months for minor hail repairs. Shop ordered hood 3x original amount that wasnt yet approved by insurance nor myself then tried charging me for their mistake. Also tried charging me for decals not originally documented in estimate to insurance. Dealing with Ryan has been one of the more unprofessional experiences I have dealt with. Miscommunication / no communication for new work/parts not authorized is a complete lack of awareness and customer service. I was told by owner the car would be finished less then a month and other fees would be waved which were not. I would recommend documenting any business done here as well as reviewing any work done receipt wise considering there was multiple "mistaken" charges on my "new" estimate which was never even originally approved by me. Unethical practices is first that comes in mind. Looking forward to finally getting my car back and hoping that it doesn't need to go back for anything considering they've had my car for a quarter of the year at this point.

Edit Part Three…. This company will scam you and your insurance. I got my vehicle back just under 2 months ago. A week ago, I got a call from my insurance company saying Storm Wise is billing them for more repairs on the vehicle. My insurance company was calling to verify I am in procession of my vehicle and no further repairs were made. Edit Part two… ( after their response to my comment) I have attached another image. Showing that I did not pick up my vehicle. Let alone “before the QC check”. There was no mistake on when I received my vehicle because they delivered to my house. They claimed they had completed a QC check but obviously due to the damage they did not. This company is a joke and they lie about everything. They went as far as deleting text messages and sending different want that “sounded better”. I cannot find some of their responses anymore. They also deleted the entire chat that they can send off their computer that would counter most of what they are saying. And they won’t except my phone calls anymore. If you want your vehicle in worst shape then it showed up, go to storm wise:) Edit… Got my truck back, they scratched the brand new roof they just put on, scratched the top of all the doors (that just had fresh paint), there is a bubble of paint at the end of the hood they just painted, they left tape on different areas, front sensor was not working, head light wasn’t working, I’m missing the sensor for my remote start, I’m missing the plastic insert that is supposed to be behind my seats. This is absolutely insane a truck can come out of their shop like this. I called and they gave me some guy named Ryan to call who is supposed to be a higher up, no response… Terrible time management, and costumer service. I dropped my truck off July 15th, it’s now September 15th and they haven’t worked on my truck yet. Every time I call they say it will be done in 2 weeks, I’ve gotten that same response 3-4 times now. Now they are saying my parts are back ordered and they don’t know when they will get them in. I can hardly ever get a hold of someone, and they won’t let me speak to a manger. Im at a loss…

Good: The finished product was stellar. All dents were removed and the paint color was matched perfectly. They saved me $500 on my deductible. I was able to drive my truck while waiting on parts to arrive. Bad: They chipped and scratched my camper shell. Update: I was reimbursed for a rental vehicle in full.

They do low quality work and have terrible communication skills. I was told it would be done by a certain day and two weeks later it was finally “finished”. They stated that they don’t compromise on quality and yet when I went to pick it up after there “quality check “ . I found plenty of things not done correctly. Let alone the paint has a ton of orange peel. I do not recommend it. I suggest you guys bite the bullet and pay the deductible and it get done at a reputable shop,not here. This place definitely over promises and under delivers.

My car got hit BADLY with hail on June 29th. The roof had over 500 dents and needed to be replaced, the trunk had 100+ dents and needed PDR done. All doors and panels were dented pretty bad. When i got my car back i was so impressed on how new it looks! The body shop team did a great job on my car! And the ladies in the office Desiree, and Lynn were AMAZING! they were both friendly and treated me with respect when i arrived to pick up my car. I will definitely call them back next hail storm!

StormWise did an awesome job fixing the hail damage on my car. From the first call, they started the claim with my insurance, waived my deductible, and kept me updated every week. They did miss a couple of scratches at first, but took it back and they touched it up right away, gave me a $50 gift card for the hassle, and even returned my car with a full tank of gas. On top of that, their valet service made everything super easy. Overall, great communication and customer service. Definitely recommend them if you need hail repair!

First Off the Beginning I was kinda of rushing Stormwise. I would like to set the Cards Stright. Celine and Ryan The owners have been more than helpful. Zerek has been awesome. If I had taken my car somewhere else, it probably would have set in a yard for 5 months. Beyond that, StormWise Team returned all my calls , emails, and text messages. The One thing I would like to say is that StormWise is a family run business of 14 yrs of experience. They know what they are doing. Follow the process . Give Stormwise the Time, elevate the car, ask questions , and go with a clear heart , and mind everything is going to work it's self out at the end of the day. Desiree & Dave are both so awesome. They made the process of getting my car door fixed super easy. They updated me with every detail iThe work done is perfect you'd have no idea my door has been replaced. The paint job blended amazingly i was honestly shocked. To top it off they had my car fixed and pretty within the same week of dropping it off.! Definitely would recommend them!
