Dude charged me almost five hundred dollars for a diagnostic, a less-than-a-mile tow, and a brake light switch, then tried to charge me $20 for a single CR2032 battery for the key fob that doesn’t even need a battery to operate if you just insert it in the ignition. Yet another mechanic taking advantage of people by acting like he’s being helpful and “cutting you a deal” but instead scalping every penny he can. Now I’m out five hundred bucks, can’t pay rent this month, can’t pay uber to get to work, and my car STILL doesn’t run. Find someone else.

Ryan was so awesome, I literally can not say enough good things in this one Review. I called him in the morning a few days ago and he answered right away. I told him what was going on with my truck and he ask me a serious of questions and I knew right then that he was knowledgeable. He is so kind, caring and honest.I have always been super nervous about mechanics because I have been ripped off many times and lied to so many times. I actually tested him with some questions that I already knew the answers to. And not only was he 100% honest he went above and beyond and told me a couple the services could wait to save me money right now and wait to do those other services m. If you don’t trust mechanics call Ryan you won’t regret it, when I meet him in person I could tell he was man with strong morals and he was not just there to take my money but to actually help me and he’s honest to the core , he actually rearranged his schedule so he could come out and look at my car because it was running really rough. He found that a vacuum line disconnected of some sort. He even came out and then tried not to charge me but. I refused he said ”give me $20 bucks, so I gave him a $100 and he literally tried to argue with me told me that $100 was to much but I wouldn’t take the money back, he went out of his way, to come help me and I legitimately not only highly recommend him but I will never let anyone else touch my truck ever. Again thank you Ryan I can’t express how much you helped me. You have my business for life!

I have used Ryan for awhile now and he does an amazing job! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle! He just did and oil change and my brakes for me and my car was shaking every single time I hit the brakes before it was worked on! The shake is completely gone and my car is driving like new! 10/10 I would recommend Pac-Man mobile auto care!

Made it his duty to explain how and why the truck has been acting up and did a great job with the repairs !! Got a full brake caliper and pad replacement done the other day and not only was it done right, but he came to my house to fix it even while I was at work and sent me txt and picture updates from start to finish! I hired Ryan to help me get my ‘06 Sprinter back up and running after letting it sit undriven for a number of years. He removed the fuel left in the tank, changed the oil, replaced the fuel filter, and ran a diagnostic for codes. Sure enough, he got my baby up and purring again in no time. It’s clear he’s got tons of experience, takes pride in his work, is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend him to my friends and family. 5 ⭐️ Service!

The short version is Ryan was awesome and easy to do business with. Very reasonable price and he put in lots of effort even with the smaller jobs. My car problem sounds dumb but boy was it stressful. I had a metal valve stem cap rusted on stuck to the point of no return. That same tire had a leak and was pretty much flat so double the trouble. After giving up trying myself I reached out to many places and eventually thought I'd just have to get new tires. But Ryan was one of the fastest to respond and setup a date and time. A little situation unrelated to the job or my car created a delay but despite that he came to my apartment and fixed it right out front where I parked. He gave me options and based on what I chose, he went to the auto parts store for a quick part and tool to make sure my tire is good to go and I'm happy. 11 out of 10, I'll be coming back for some future upgrade plans and the more techincal stuff I dont know how to do, maybe even maintenance if I'm ever too lazy or busy to change the oil or brakes myself. Ryan took care of my car like it was his own. He ran as many tests as he could and he found the issues with my igniton coils and misfires. He replaced ignition coils, my speed sensors, and my spark plugs in a very timely matter (in between working another job which I appreciate). He gave me updates the entire time. My car is back in shape if not better than before. I was so impressed with the job and price that i immediately referred my cousin to him. I will definitely be doing business with him again in the future.
