Boss DESPERATELY needs to get a credit card reader. Technician did a fine job replacing the windshield, but it’s ridiculous to make people read their credit card credentials to you to make a payment.

My appointment was at 9 am, but the door was locked despite them being open at 8 am. The nice lady in the contact center had to reach out to the manager to have him unlock the door. He unlocks the door and tells me he’s been in the bathroom (for 20 minutes?). He had an attitude from the start so I left because I did not feel safe leaving my vehicle with him.

Needed a windshield replaced due to a large crack on a Mazda 3. Service was friendly and fast, and the windshield itself looks good. However, the camera used for lane assist/smart cruise control etc was not mounted/calibrated properly, and I will have to take it to a dealership to get it fixed.

I scheduled service, but the tech never contacted me or showed to perform the repair. They then billed my insurance, even though the repair was never completed. I ultimately got this resolved but had to contact the insurance company, glass administrator and Auto Glass Now in order to do so.

I had issues with scheduling the appointment. I was supposed to receive a call in the morning for a timeframe window but did not get a call. The serviceman called about 30 minutes before arriving. The serviceman was polite but my new windshield was very dirty with several grease spots. I also never received a receipt via email as promised.

Auto glass now of Lakewood not only gave me an incredible price, but did a great job! Junior went above and beyond with his service, including ensuring I was comfortable while at the shop (providing the wifi code, asking if the temperature was okay in the shop!). Also, when I had a problem with my windshield sprayers, I was immediately seen and the problem resolved. Highly recommend!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I drove out to the appointment and wasted an hour of my work day only to be told the part had to be ordered. They sent text and called to confirm my appointment so they knew I was coming yet they choose to waste my time.

I just replaced the wiper arm on driver side three mounts ago and was working just fine now it won't even wipe the water off the windshield on driver side I mean not at all and I cant.take the time off work again. Not safe at all and not happy. Both blades were working great when I drop it off for the day. Could not get the trim on rear glass back on right even with new retainer. I don't mind paying more for a great job the front glass does not leak any more nore does the rear glass. The glass job is right. The rest of putting it back together sucks after having it all day. One star.

Worst customer service ever!! Installed wipers wrong, they forgot to replace my hinge seals and damaged my interior A pillar trim pieces. Also, my hands free mic for my phone seems to no longer work. When I took my vehicle back to show what was done, a male, whom I assume was the manager, seemed very unhappy about what had happened and my return. The reason I have to assume he is the manager is because he never introduced himself nor did he ever apologize for the damage done. I've held off on my review to see if maybe they just had a bad day. Well, as of the wiring of this review, it's been 30 days since the issue was pointed out and no resolve as of yet. Also no phone calls or updates! I've even reached out to the corporate office in NC but no reply there either. I called the store Friday (12-15) but no parts in yet for me and no one knew anything about the order. Waiting to hear back from the "manager" now. This is just a snapshot of what happened. Never mind being told to calm down and be quiet. Yeah, I raised my voice when we were outside to talk over traffic. I really hope you never get to experience a truly irate customer. Because if you spoke to them the way you spoke to me I'm sure the cops would have been involved. AGN, maybe have a class to train your managers on etiquette and how to interact with ALL customers. You can't damage people's items, be dismissive about it and expect them to be chipper about it.

Edit #2 - October 2024 - this location on W Alameda was so helpful! The store manager, Sarah, was proactive in ordering a new windshield before even seeing the issue. I stopped in for them to see what the problem was and they completely replaced the windshield within 1 hour. I would gladly give my business to this location again in the future. Edit #1 - September 2024, 3 months after service… originally I gave 5 stars. Now I give 1 after discovering that the heated element of the windshield was not only disconnected, but the wires were severed. There was clearly no intention of the guy connecting this correctly. This happened at the Englewood location which is now closed. I will be visiting another location to have them fix this.

SO HAPPY with this place!!!! Someone smashed my window in Denver, and I called around, and these guys had the lowest price available. I was a little nervous because it was so cheap, but they did a FANTASTIC job. The service was quick - I got in the next day, and it was fixed in a bit over an hour. They even cleaned all the glass out of my car, and folded my blanket I was sitting on all nicely in the back. That was an awesome surprise, such a sweet gesture :) So happy to have my baby back and have paid over $100 less than what I expected!

This repair was handled through insurance, and I only paid the deductible. I contacted this company requesting a call and as much notice as possible due to business meetings and appointments and I was told I would be contacted in about 30 minutes, but never received contact. I called again 2 hours later and was told I would receive a call from the installer but never did. Just showed up. While the windshield itself appears to be installed correctly and looks good overall, the cleanup and attention to detail afterward were disappointing. There was glue or residue left on the vehicle, the plastic covers near the windshield wipers were not reattached, and a large black strip was left on the flagstone next to the vehicle. Additionally, there was debris left on the seats and around the windshield area both inside and outside. See photos. I recommend paying closer attention to final cleanup and ensuring all components are properly reinstalled before returning the vehicle to the customer.
