My vehicle was deemed a total loss by my insurance company after an accident. Tim was very confident he would be able to fix everything and keep it affordable for me. He truly went above and beyond to help me. He and his wife picked up my vehicle and drove it to the shop. He quoted me at 3 weeks to fix, but he called me after 10 days, ready to pick it up. It looks brand new!! What a blessing to come across Tim and his business. I am so fortunate to have found him, and he really is one of the good ones. Tim genuinely wants to help people and it truly shows.

Hi! My name is Kayla. And I recently used this business & I personally would give them 10 stars if I could. I had a hard time finding someone to replace my passenger side mirror. I was being quoted outrageous prices until I came across AQRCC. Timothy was very friendly and professional with REASONABLE prices. Don’t let the casual and informal nature of this shop deter you. Tim and his team do fantastic work and fixed up the car so it looked brand new. They fit me in right away, are affordable, and had a quick turnaround time. To all of you hatchback owners who keep hearing you need to replace the entire part to fix one small dent - check out AQRCC first if you’d prefer to repair instead.

Do not under any circumstances leave your car with Tim, who is a scam artist. He illegally performed unauthorized work on my car. I left my Miata with AQRCC in October on the recommendation of SVE Autobody, which has a good reputation but said they would prefer not to work on older vehicles. We did a walk around and agreed on work and a price. A few days later, Tim called me and said he “had bad news” and there was hail damage, and he “wanted to give me a good deal.” He asked me for an extra $500. I asked him if I could take my car back to get another quote, and he said that the work was already done and the car was in primer. After an angry exchange over text, he said he’d finish the work. Luckily, the technician who did the work on my car (Mike) turned out to be competent. Unfortunately, he was never available for a follow up appointment to finish the work on the car, meaning there are still many imperfections — bugs in the paint, overspray, etc. I do not and will not trust Tim or another technician at AQRCC with my car again, so I am on my own to figure out how to get the work finished. Mike was overworked and undercompensated. I sincerely hope this shop loses its business license. If you were recommended this place by another autobody repair shop, do not trust that recommendation.

I went to Classic Collision for damaged that I had on my truck. They would have quoted me over $3,000.00. They referred me to Tim and Tim was quick to give me an estimate on the cost out of pocket to just fix the bed of my truck. I had some other damage to my cab, the bed of my truck (which I was more concerned about fixing), and the rear taillight area that was damaged previously. Since I was only wanting the bed fixed, Tim said he would fix it for $1,500.00 without color. Then Tim made me a deal where Instead of just fixing the bed of my truck, that he would fix all three parts of the truck for $2,000.00 without color. I didn’t want to paint it because I wanted to eventually Rhino Line my whole truck. Which I would waste $1,500.00 to paint when Tim could Rhino Line the whole truck for $2,500.00. Tim took half up front when I dropped my vehicle off and once it was all done, I paid the remaining amount when it was ready to be picked up. The job was amazing compared to what I would have been driving around with some very noticeable damage. I would highly recommend giving Tim a call if you need anything done. I went out of pocket because I don’t want my insurance company to raise my premium. This was all done just slightly over a week but it is well worth the wait to have them get it done the right way. Thank you and I will soon return to get my truck Rhino Line. Then I’ll be back for another review. See the photos for more details.
