Complete Auto Repair hosted my son’s Boy Scout troop car wash fundraiser and they were really wonderful during the event. So when i needed an oil change, I went there. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. The waiting area was really clean and bright and the restroom was probably the cleanest one I’ve ever seen in a car service station. Everyone was super nice and my oil change was done on time and for a great price. They also helped with a minor car body issue for no extra fees. I will definitely continue to go there for car services.

I called to make an appointment Monday and they said they could get me in right away, but I had to be somewhere in 2 hours, and didnt want to push it, so they scheduled me for 11am the following day. I dropped my car off and went on my merry way. 2 hours later and my car is already done! They send out a text of everything completed, as well as recommended upcoming repairs (with pictures!). When I arrived to get my car, they had a printed list with all costs of said repairs. Everything was broken down and transparent enough that I could understand it. The guys were absolutely amazing and service was perfect. I recommend them to anyone who needs service!

I wanted to send a huge thank you to the folks at Complete Auto Repair. I brought my truck in on a Monday with transmission issues, they quickly assessed a new transmission was needed. They got my approval on Tuesday and I had the truck back on Friday with the new transmission. The truck runs amazing and I could not be happier. The crew was great to work with and extremely responsive to all of my inquiries. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I was incredibly fortunate to already have a working relationship with the guys at CAR, so when my truck suddenly had a major issue, I knew right where to go. Those guys were awesome to get me in so quickly and get it out the door within only a few days. The repairs seem to have been done with great care and attention. So far so good on the road. Can’t recommend them enough. Repairs/Maint: - New water pump, new thermostat, coolant flush - wheel bearing rebuild - Oil change - Diff fluid change Overall they were about 2k less than what the dealership quoted me.

Amazing! That's not even good enough, but amazing. We had been using another shop for years and we are not going back, Complete Auto is our only shop now. Everyone is so polite and knowledgeable! I don't know much of anything about cars and most places will take advantage of that but not here. I can not say enough good things. 11/10, great job Complete Auto! If you're looking for a mechanic these guys are it!

I've been going to Complete Auto Repair and now True Automotive for years. I had gone in because my air conditioning wasn't working and they also replaced my brakes. The guy said he wasn't happy with the way it was working and if I had any problems to bring it back in and he wasn't sure if it would need a new compressor. The air conditioning just totally conked out months later and due to my travel schedule and then winter coming on I didn't get my car back in until this spring when it warmed up. I was especially happy with how they handled this. I wasn't sure if it was going to be a major expense, but they were able to fix it and I'm so thankful for the excellent mechanic and customer service they provided. You can tell the integrity of a shop with how they handle problems and Joey, and team made it right. It's a great team and I highly recommend them.

Needed a rattle in the steering system diagnosed. They managed to squeeze me into their schedule within the week. They then had the issue diagnosed (on of the tie rods was failing) and repaired within two days. The online issue tracker with pictures was also really nice to have. They posted a picture and video demonstrating where the rattle and vibration was coming from.

This place will now take care of my cars. If you want quality work and honesty look no further. Service manager, Pete Adamis who helped us was the absolute best service guy I have ever worked with. From the big time dealership service centers, it was finally nice to see someone and company that cares to make things the best they can be. They went above and beyond which I fell is rare these days. Highly recommend.

Joey and his team have always taken great care of me and my vehicles! Scheduling is very easy, and the team always takes extra time to ensure my cars are safe and keep me informed but don’t pressure into any repairs. Repairs have always been affordable and done very well. They also recently renovated the shop which looks wonderful, and they provide snacks while you wait. I would highly recommend anyone get their vehicles serviced through True Automotive.

I wanted to give a 5 star but I have brought my car into this shop 4-5 times because my engine light came on, everytime I went back I thought that they fixed it because the light turned off but every single time I had to come back, everytime I brought it back in there’s a new issue, I have never had so many issues with my car until I brought it to this shop. The customer service is great and they give me discounts sometimes but I have good reason to be suspicious, come on, after 4-5 times it should be fixed right? It wasn’t until after the third time I brought it I noticed that my car started leaking badly, so again they had to fixed twice as much as I brought it in for, finally the last time I picked it up it cold started rough, I figured it was the new parts, now the AC don’t work, how does that work? I’m sorry but I’m never bringing my car back to this shop again, $5k worth of fixing and my car still ain’t running how it should be. Customer service though 5-5 stars, that’s the only thing I can’t complain about, as well as topping off any fluids that are needed everytime I bring it in. I hate rating any business a 1-5 star but how does my car magically have all these problems after almost a year of driving this car? I’m not convinced it’s my car.

Simply Auto Turns a Negative into a Positive – A True Commitment to Customer Service! I'm updating my previous review because Simply Auto has gone above and beyond to address my concerns, demonstrating truly exceptional customer service. After my initial negative experience, the district manager personally called me to discuss the situation. He was incredibly apologetic and assured me that the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and would never happen again. What truly impressed me was his commitment to making things right. He arranged for the services I had previously declined to be fixed, at no additional cost to me. I have honestly never had a company take such proactive steps to rectify a customer's experience. The district manager's honesty, kindness, and genuine care for his customers are evident. He truly embodies what great customer service should be. While I initially said I would never return, Simply Auto's dedication to customer satisfaction has completely changed my mind. I can confidently say that I would now recommend this shop again. It's rare to find a business that truly values its customers and takes accountability to this degree. My previous recommendation for Hi-Tech Automotive in Lakewood still stands as a great option, but Simply Auto has earned back my trust and business through their outstanding resolution.

Might want to try another auto repair shop. My partner took our car in here for an oil change and got the multi inspection completed as well. We were told it needed ALL sorts of work that totaled over $3000 and were in immediate need of repair. We decided to get another opinion, and what do you know, only a few of the things they noted ACTUALLY WAS NEEDED NONE OF WHICH WERE AN EMERGENCY. Plus the other shop quoted a much lower price on those few repairs. They also use cheap Chinese filters and didn't do a good job cleaning up after the oil change. Getting 2 stars instead of 1 star because they had a cute dog. REVISED 2nd TIME - GOING BACK TO 1 STAR AFTER ALEX SAID A REFUND CHECK WAS GOING TO BE SENT, NEVER HAPPENED! DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. JUST WANT THE PEOPLE TO KNOW THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

I had the best experience with Simply Auto Bear Creek! My engine overheated after hours and I was able to get my car to the shop and leave my keys. They got me in first thing in the morning to check what was happening. Quoting process was indepth and sent via text. I loved this. Repairs were completed same day and I was back on the road. I wasn't able to pick up my car before they closed for the day, but no problem. They put my keys in a combo lock box and I picked it up later. The process was easy, work completed was great and people very nice to work with. I highly recommend this shop!
