I like this place but in my last experience I do feel like they took advantage of me. I went in to get my tpms replaced and was told my two year old tires were on the illegal tread zone but not shown. Now it’s my fault for not asking to see where they got that measurement from but when they said illegal it kind of shook me. I understand they want a sell but everyone is hurting for money right now. In the end it’s my fault for not asking for further explanation or being shown first hand but I still think it’s rather sneaky to say they’re in the illegal zone.

The technicians in the shop are very un professional. Cussing loudly, goofing off, yelling at each other. They also lack attention to detail. My truck pitched ALL the wheel weights on my way home. I can see where the tried to stick the weights on. I know my inner wheel is a little dusty but they could have taken a few seconds to just wipe a clean spot and it would have been fine. They just don't care. Ill be going to Les schwab from now on.

Went there today for the first time. Greeted as I came in the door by Edgar with a smile and a handshake. Every step of the way the customer service was outstanding. I sat in the lobby for about 40 minutes and observed every employee delivering great service with enthusiasm. Someone has hired great people, trained them well, and set the tone. Nice people and good service considering how busy this place always seems to be, BUT do buy a good gauge and check your tire pressures after you get service here. My car specifies 41psi, but all four were way off - 47psi - after a recent visit for new tires. This has been an issue in the past as well. Important for a tire store to get the pressures correct!

Went there with my 17k miles new truck, and they told me the tires were very low and I should get 4 new tires.. Every time I have been there they always make a story to make me think I need 4 new tires ASAP. Their service is good but I would never trust their advice.

Came in for a free tire pressure check with my company vehicle had 4 or 5 people standing around asked each one how long it would take for a pressure check and had all of them say the front desk would come out within 5 to 10 minutes and I waited over 30 minutes asked again to the few people doing much of nothing and still said again it would take just 5 or 10 minutes waited another 15 minutes no help service here is not as good as I expected it to be truly dissatisfied with this location people standing around doing nothing that refused to help me, finally someone came out and looked and said I had low pressure and definitely needed it refilled then they didn’t have the right equipment to fill the air in the tire what a waste of time

By far the best tire shopping experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff was so helpful and had my best interest the priority. I never felt pressured into buying new tire (they actually tried to have me repair a tire vs buying a new one to help me save a dollar). Jose made sure I was getting the best deal and really helped me understand what was best option was. I will be a lifetime custom and will refer all here.

50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and they still have started on my vehicle. They have signs that promise if you purchase and schedule online, your waittime will be less. According to their tracking system they should have been done 5 minutes ago. What’s the point of making an appointment if the store clearly has no intention of honoring it? There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and zero respect for my time. Staff acted like keeping a proactive customer waiting that long was completely normal. I rearranged my day to be there on time, and they couldn’t be bothered to do the same. If you value your time even slightly, go somewhere else. This location treats appointments like suggestions and customers like an afterthought. I won’t be back, and I’ll be telling friends and family to avoid this place as well.
