I last minute needed an oil change and was quickly and kindly helped by all staff at this location. Prices are very fair even compared to other car companies with coupons. I do use they had offered to vacuum my inside instead of just saying I declined as it’s part of the oil change service but I’m not picky because the rest was top notch. I will come back again! Edit: I’ve come back here again with amazing service. They are very attentive & make sure to communicate through out the whole process. I also enjoy that each time they see me as a human who needs help & not someone to be poached. Thankful for helpful community members like the staff at this auto service shop

They do cheap oil changes but their hours are so unpredictable. I come first thing in the morning because Google says they open at 7, but I get there (first in line) and the guy says it will not be til 8 because he's the only one there! This has happened before. I work overnight so I have to get 8 hours sleep today. If I wait til 8 for an oip change to start, I'm not getting 8 hours. Have to be up at 4:30 pm. Super inconvenient and inconsiderate. It's also really inconvenient to get into the auto center now that they have it all blocked off from the south. If you decide to go to the front of the store store after you've gone all the way around to the back of the building it's difficult to get back around to the front.

Old guy at the register is rude, and also decides to either lie or just not manage his appointments well. I spoke to an employee earlier that day regarding appointment wait times. I had a 10 o’clock appointment and the only appointment ahead of me was the 9 o’clock appointment, he said they’d be done by 9:45. When I get there for my 10 o’clock appointment, the old guy’s already scheduling someone for an oil change and when I asked about it, he says that my car won’t be serviced until 11. Why is he taking appointments when he knows that there’s a 10 o’clock appointment and then getting mad when I ask him about it? Big waste of time, and this isn’t the first time that it’s happened. On top of all of this, every time Ive called, without fail, they never answer, so they’re either ignoring the calls or the phone doesn’t work.

Made appt for tires the day before. After they took my tires off was informed they no longer had my tire size. Wanted to charge an extra $18 per tire. Said put my old ones back on Than went to Big O. They did a great job ! These people are not good at what they do. I would stay away!

I have been coming here for a while now just for simple oil change or rotation tires. They seem nice to help me with whatever I need but the only thing I dislike is that every time I have came in here right at 7 am on the dot the mechanics are not ready to go and never arrive on time. You may have to wait anywhere from 10-40 min just to get checked in. If only they would be ready to start asap.

I'd give this place zero stars if that were an option. I went in a week ago and asked about a replacement battery for a 2007 Camry. I was quoted $121, including the core charge, by the older guy working at the desk. I went in this morning to buy the battery and a very friendly Hispanic man helped me, walking me to the batteries, pointing out that there were two options, one for $81 and the other for $121, both including the core charge. He carried the battery up to the counter for me, and someone else checked me out. When I got home to replace the battery (it's for a car that I'm going to sell, not the one I drive) and removed the old battery, I discovered that the new battery was incorrect for the car. I now have a car I can't start and no way to get back to the store because my wife took the other car to work. I called to see if they could deliver a replacement since they recommended the wrong battery, but the phone system didn't work. I ended up speaking with someone in the vision center who got a message to automotive, and they called me back. After some discussion they guy in automotive spoke with the delivery manager and told me that they would not be willing to deliver the correct battery to me, so terrible customer service all around. Additionally, he told me the value battery is not suitable for use in a car despite being sold by Walmart as an automotive battery. He said it would not have enough power to start the vehicle. It begs the question, "Why even sell it if you know it is too weak to do the job it is being purchased to do?" Walmart lists the value battery on their website as being a correct replacement for my car, so it would seem they are intentionally misleading customers and employing deceptive selling tactics.

Jose and Euclides are absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve been having a hard time getting all my tire sensors working and I’ve been so busy with work trying to get in with them was impossible. I called this morning and they were booked. Euclides and Jose knew I’ve been trying to take care of this for a long time so they made time for me around the lunch. Today I’ve got four working tires thanks to them. Definitely coming back if I run into car troubles again! Thanks guys!

Team lead was very helpful at assisting us with returning a failed battery that we had bought at another WalMart. We got there 30 minutes prior to closing and they stayed to help us get the new battery and replace it in our car. Thank you for all of the hard work!

In at 7:55am for 8:00am appointment for tire change. Just me here, no other cars. Estimated work: 1 hour. Car in the bay at 8:25am. At 8:35am one worker takes off the nuts and leaves the wheels on. At around 8:45am wheels are off. At 9:15 I ask for update: one wheel balanced, 3 more to go. Estimate: 30 more minutes. I will be surprised if they are done by 10am.

Came in at 3:30 to get my headlights cleaned up. Was told it would take 2 hours and they closed at 7 so they couldn't do it because they had 2 oil changes and a tire replacement ahead of me. 3.5 hours and they can only fit in that? Asked if I could schedule an appointment and was told they didn't do appointments. Basically, you go there on a hope and a prayer that they'll get you in and it will take at least 2 hours for a simple service. Pass.

I’ve gotten my oil changed here quite a few times without issues on my car, however I’ve always had this same poor experience: I schedule an appointment. I show up to said appointment and still have to wait upwards of TWO HOURS for a simple oil change. It seems like they struggle with staffing at this location so I would get your oil changed somewhere else if that’s all you need done.

Super disaffected staff trying as hard as they could to not be helpful. Only after I came to my appointment did they tell me they weren't able to put tires on a Tesla.

Elderly man in Auto center named Dennis on 6/21/2025 around 10 am, is creepy. He asked to see my mileage...which has never been asked for before, then started jotting down my plate when i led him out to my car. I asked him why and he said to update the system from temp plate ...again never seen this before. Been coming to Walmarts for months and updated my plate almost a year ago! I asked him to stop doing anything related to my car before checking with me. He was silent, walked me around the garage then went back to my car and took pictures of the front ...I had to ask him again to refrain from doing such things without letting me know why. And he just walked away. I Terrible, creepy weirdo service.

Asked for to get a headlight replaced and pointed to them on the vehicle which one I needed. They performed the service without verifying everything was good to go and also left the box and old light bulb on the engine with the hood closed. When I went to verify everything was good, came to realize they managed to replace the wrong light bulb and then informed me they couldn’t replace the light bulb that I needed. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car in to have tires installed that I had already bought on November 8th.when I left my car was no longer reading the air pressure of my read driver side tire, I called them on the 11th. They told me to call back on the 13th for the manager . I called and then was told "no he works yesterday and tomorrow. Finally get ahold of him and then are out of TPS sensors. I expressed that I WAS NOT informed of this and was told to go buy the part and bring it back for a refund and free install . Now im being told that if they see that its not their technicians fault they wont reimburse me for the part. Im expressed that I was not made aware of the Walmart being out of TPS sensors and that this all should've been done the first time. I was going to come back for a oil change but now im scared they'll mess that up too.

Do not come here!!! 1. Always Short staffed, Employees don’t even make eye contact because they DONT WANT TO HELP YOU!!! 2. Slow. 3pm appointment 4 tires installation, they could not figure out the cash register for 30 minutes. Then my vehicle finally made it into the bay at 4:30. Left at 6:30….. 3.5 hours for a normal 1 hour install. Bad Service!!!!

Walmart used to be such a great company with all their training, days gone by, so sad Seems like they cannot keep up with online retailers that have shredded them up! Customer service training has lapsed! Price alone won’t get you there, you need “CUSTOMER SERVICE” This store manager should be fired, zero effort in training their staff. 3 1/2 hours To get my tires changed with a scheduled appointment of one hour. Walmart needs to take a hard look at Sears for their future, unless they can do a paradigm shift and start training their staff to provide timely and better service, THEY ARE DONE!!! I Really like Walmart, hope they get better but doubtful! The deterioration has started!!!

What is the point of making a noon weekday appointment if it's still going to take over an hour to get to me, & 2+ hours to install 4 already bought tires? Spend a little $ more somewhere else & save yourself some time & energy with these poor kids they got running the counter doing their best for the guys in the back who can't keep up. Will never put myself through this again. Everyone in the waiting room was having poor service & insane wait times, as well.
