HORRIBLE. Took in my truck a couple months ago they didn’t even end up fixing it & scratching it & now they don’t want to take responsibility. Don’t take your cars here even if they promise to fix it. Save yourself the headache.

My car was overheating, I took it into this shop, they got us in very quickly! Javier diagnosed the problem in under 30 mins!! He was very professional and gave amazing customer service and even took the time to sit down with me and explain in detail what the problem was, and why it was affecting it in the way it was. For someome who doesnt know much about cars Javier made it easy to understand, and explained what needs to be done in order to fix the issue. Extremely respectful, and great customer service!!!

I had an appointment scheduled by Brian and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a corporate franchise. They inspected my brakes, gave me a professional assessment and gave me a timeframe for the mileage to come back. There was no charge for this service so I will definitely be back when I need new brakes. Would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience getting my car in for an oil change, at the last minute, on a Saturday. It was quick and the staff was very informative. I was so pleased with their service that I went back to buy new tires from them, soon after. I will definitely bring my car here for all future repairs/maintenance on my car. Predatory service, they will advertise one price for oil changes and try to pressure you into a higher priced option by providing false information about your car's needs. Even after making an appointment online and planning on waiting in the waiting room, we were told it would be 2.5 hours or more before the car would be ready. Instead of waiting, they told us they would text us when it was ready. Drove by 35 minutes later while out and the car was out of the bay and in the parking lot. No text. 3 hours went by and still no text so we went back in. The car had been ready for hours. We told the person at check out we never got a text and he literally ignored us and just slapped the bill down on the counter. Take my advice and take your car elsewhere.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Took mine in for a diagnostic. $200 for the diagnostic. Fine. Told they couldn’t do anything about that but there was a leak. Authorized the repair.$2k. Fine. Turn on car and now check engine light is on. Took back. They “fixed” it again. 5 minutes later light is back on. Took back AGAIN. 5 hours later its “done” 20 minutes later light is BACK ON. They claim they’ll make it right but so far all they’ve done is make it worse. Use at your own risk.

Use at your own risk. Manager comes across as nice but so far I have had to take my vehicle back in multiple times because their “repair” lasts less than an hour. For $2k that doesn’t work. They claim they’ll make it right, but they’ve told me that twice now. No refund so either pray they actually figure out how to do their job or be screwed out of the money and pray they didn’t fo MORE damage.
