Updated I had a lower control arm and knuckle repaced in 2020 only 10k miles ago. On a brand new 2019 with car having only49 miles on it. I also had brakes and fuel rails replaced. Car now has 36k miles on it and yet needing another lower control arm replaced after 5 sets of tires now. The dealership is now wanting to put blame on this shop but i have a hard time this is the case as the first lower control arm from factory failed. I will stand behind this shops workmanship as the manufacturer has put blame on roads and now other mechanics i honestly believe there is mjor defects in more than the lower control arm. This shop also has great prices for the work they do

I'm mechanically inclined and cheap, and still recommend Joe/Rapid Car Care. My 93 Jeep ZJ 5.2L had the dreaded "crank but no start". I replaced $500 worth of parts and spent 3 days chasing wires and checking voltages before I gave up and had it towed to Rapid. Had it back to me the next day at a very fair price. As a guy that likes working on cars and thinks he's pretty good at it, it's still nice to know someone that's even better for when I get stuck!

He talked me through possible issues on the phone when I called to make an appointment, I made it over to his shop a couple hours later, and had my car back fixed in about an hour. Thank you so much! Car broke down on a family vacation. Contacted Joe on Sunday through FB and got a response before the end of the day. Got the car towed to his shop and he spent the better part of the day diagnosing the issue. Once it was found we decided it would be best to have the car returned home for the repair. Joe was very helpful and understanding of our situation.. Took very good care of our vehicle and even spent 2 hours helping us get it loaded and secured for the 1100 mile trip home. The problem turned out to be a failing fuel pump control module, being that our 2012 Cadillac CTS-V wagon has had extensive performance modification, we were concerned with finding a shop that had experience in dealing with the added issues that come with a modified vehicle. Joe had been through our same issue with a car he had built and knew exactly what to look for. He helped take a lot of stress out of the problem of being broken down so far from home. Once we found him we were able to get back to enjoying the things we had planned to do in the Denver area. Would recommend him to anyone in need of normal car repair or performance modifications. Joe is amazing! I was looking for help on some suspension and brake upgrades for my Tacoma. He worked with me to make sure we had all the right parts and materials and walked me through the process and also made sure it was at a fair price. This guy knows what he is talking about. I am way more than happy with how the truck feels and handles now. He was also gracious enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule during Christmas so I could make a road trip to see my family. I recommend Joe, he is a great, honest mechanic that knows his stuff!

Joe did a great job replacing and working on my van for me. I found him through a Facebook group, he was prompt and responsive. He was also extremely communicative with me about the process and where he was. He was also honest about when he couldn't get it done in time and needed a few extra days. He also guarantees his work well beyond most people and he also picked the best parts without me evening needing to ask for it. He also ended up replacing the radiator when he replaced my transmission. I have been blow away by the radiator as it always says cooler than the old one. And the warranty that he got with the transmission is rather unbelievable - a 3 year warranty with unlimited milage. You can't find quality work like Joe offers and he gets the best parts. I would highly recommend Joe and will be back if I need future repairs.

Joe saved my husband and me. After sitting in the airport and a plane all morning, my husband accidentally backed into a pole and ripped the driver side mirror off. After driving 35 minutes to one Ford dealership, being told they didn’t have a replacement but to drive 50 minutes across the city to another dealership who had one in stock, only to get there and be told we could buy the mirror, but they couldn’t replace it until tomorrow morning. We were on a time crunch because we had a 6 hour drive back home ahead of us. I did a quick google search and Rapid Car Care was the first place to pop up. 30 minutes to close Joe said to stop by and see what he could do. It took him 5 minutes to replace the busted mirror and for us to hit the road. Joe was so kind and jumped right on the opportunity to help us when we were in need. We’ll be recommending to all of our Denver friends for sure. Thanks again Joe!
