What a great experience! It was such a pleasure to work with Wayne and the Caliber Team. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the repair as well as the service. Krista, the receptionist, we always a friendly face when I came into the shop, and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Not to mention the office was really lovely for for the holidays with a hot cup of coffee at the ready. It was great working with Mike throughout the whole process as he kept me updated frequently. All in all, I was very impressed with the service and timelines of the repair!

The most stressful thing about my car accident was the accident. Caliber Collision Lakewood team is fantastic! Clear communication and great customer service all around. Michael worked so hard to make sure that I was informed of the timing and took extra care to make sure I had exquisite customer service. Awesome shop, great, friendly staff, and great repairs. I had a fender bender in July that did a number on my little Ford Focus, and when I reached out to and got an estimate from Michael, I immediately felt like I was going to be taken care of. He's incredibly friendly and I felt like I was getting repairs from a friend's neighborhood garage. I work around the clock, so I had to tow my car to the shop while I was at work. They called me later to confirm that it had arrived and when repairs would start. Michael was lightning fast about getting an estimate to me, and always kept me updated as time went on. My car was pretty beat up even before the accident, and Michael recognized that and reached out about additional repairs. Everything was timely, and there was full transparency about every little thing they did to my car. No detail was spared, and any questions were easily answered with no surprises or unnecessary "extras" thrown in. They cleaned up the interior and my car feels and drives like brand new. Also, major kudos to both Wayne and Michael for their understanding. I was hospitalized for a few days after my repairs were completed and I wasn't able to contact anyone. They were ultimately incredibly patient and accommodating, and when I explained the situation, they checked in on me as I had to pick it up over a week later. Even made it a point to ask how I was doing health wise when I picked up my car. It's a small detail, but it made me feel better about the situation and not as though they were just begging me to get my car off the lot. Overall, if you have to bring your car anywhere for repairs, Caliber, especially this location, is an awesome choice. If my car is ever in bad shape again, I know where to go!

Very great customer service from Mike M. Built trust on the onset and also through the process of his updates. Work was well done. Car was cleaned inside and out when I get it back which was a nice surprise. And a headlight bulb replaced just because. I got my car back sooner than I thought too which made it better for figuring out my own personal logistics. They made it a smooth and easy process despite it being one I shouldn't have had to go through (was in an accident that wasn’t my fault). Would recommend and actually already have!

I'm very disappointed. While the employees are friendly and nice, the service and work done was a huge disappointment. I have taken other vehicles to this shop prior and had great experiences. However, my most recent experience has forced me to write this review and never return to this shop. I had taken my vehicle for damage done to the front passenger door that was roughly the size of a quarter. My vehicle was in the shop a few weeks before I got a call from Nathan that it was ok to pick up however, they were waiting on "parts." I was forced to pay my end of the deductible and got confirmation from State Farm that they were paid in full....even though my vehicle was incomplete. I called weekly to check the status and kept getting told that the parts were on back order. I picked up my car in July, and it's now nearing the end of October, and I still have not heard from anyone. I did reach out to Caliber and was told the parts had been in. This is interesting because I NEVER got a call about this. Then, while I was placed on hold so Nathan could confirm the parts, I was transferred to voice-mail. Wow. I did call State Farm to re-open the claim, and she reached out to caliber directly. Nathan wanted to talk to me directly and schedule me in to complete the work. What makes this most upsetting is that the parts that needed to be ordered were not even part of the original damage. This was done by caliber while fixing the damage I had originally taken it in for! Once this is handled, I am breaking all ties with this company. If I am ever needing body work, there are several companies that have great reviews and more customers. This was preferred by my insurance company, and I have kept my agent in the loop of their lack of communication and lack of urgency. I just purchased my new vehicle in March and had to wait months on this company to complete it. I understand things can take a while for shipping, but waiting months is ridiculous. I would not recommend Calliber Collision in Lakewood, CO, to anyone.

Mike M. was so professional and courteous through the entire process. He went the extra mile and provided superior customer service and helped to explain to us the condition of the vehicle. He was so attentive to our timely desire to understand the extent of repairs that instead of transferring to another location for an estimate that would have taken additional time, he quickly provided a thorough estimate of repairs within the same week. He was so kind and helpful throughout the process and also gave us additional time to think about our options. This Body shop is the absolute worst place of business I’ve encountered. It took three weeks to get an estimate, The work took over a month and the end result was substandard. The communication of Caliber was awful as well. Several promise dates came and went. I had damage to the doors on my van from a rear end collision. They didn’t paint the whole doors, the clear coat was dull in spots. They charged the insurance company for parts they didn’t change. Fast forward, a few months after the repairs, the bondo peeled off the door. This place is a must avoid. Good luck if you try them out. I’ll be waiting to read your poor experience.

Great service and employees here! They fully repaired my car in a short amount of time, communication was great throughout the process, and every employee I interacted with here was friendly, professional, and very helpful. After picking up my car, I got home and realized some of the rear lights weren't working (that was the area of damage + repair). I brought it back in the morning and they took care of all of that in <30 minutes, and I was on my way. I hope I never need repairs again, but if I do I'm coming back here!
