Took my Saab for diagnostics, they fixed the air filter and thermostat, left my hoses unplugged for my turbo and used the wrong air filter and put it in wrong, payed $500 for unfinished service on something they didn’t even work on. Before I left my car the key would turn fine, when I got it back the place where u insert the key is off centered and I have to turn the key multiple times for it to start, also when it hit little bumps on the road my glove box opens, it never did this before.

Next time yall break a fastener on a vehicle replace your mistake... will never bring or recommend this shop to anyone because they messed up this fastener and had the nerve to just leave it.... shady and pathetic mechanics.

I have taken all three of my vehicles here. They are great absolutely. Their labor hourly rate is right on par with everything else. He was polite and explained everything required to fix my car's, even sent pictures to help with the explanation, he also disclose anything else they found in their initial inspection. They explain the charges and what each repair would cost for parts and labor. I picked this place by reviewing the one-star reviews and I loved how the owner reply to each one and explained exactly what happened. And it's obvious that most of the people that left the one star are very ignorant towards automotive repairs and frankly shouldn't be leaving a review when they don't understand what is going into it to make them safe. The owner actually cares and that wasn't going to be trolled by a few people not handling the expenses of owning a car (should have been sent to a dealership shop so they could get taken for a couple grand). Thanks for your running a solid automotive repair shop.
