Uncommunicative and unhelpful. My car broke down and I was told that they could help me. I waited a solid 2 hours for someone to arrive to fix my car. They charged me $65 to read codes, even though I had already done so with my own reader and communicated this to them. Then I was told they needed to go back to the shop to give me an estimate and they could be back in 2 hours to fix the car. Never got a call from them with the estimate, and after calling multiple times with promises of someone getting back to me I was told that they had taken another job 30 minutes away and they may be able to get to me in another 2 hours, and someone would call me to let me know. Nothing. Again I called and called. And was eventually told that they didn't have the parts to fix my car and they could get to it tomorrow. So after waiting all day long beside my car, after they told me they could help me today, I wasted $65 and a massive amount of time. And my car still isn't fixed. The only person who was helpful, and the only reason I found any thing out at all was Janicee.

Called these guys and they initially didn't have time to check on my car that day, but when I told them it was an emergency they prioritized me in their day. They arrived about two hours after my first phone call and when it turned out nothing was wrong, they knocked a chunk of the diagnostic fee off my bill for me. Very nice folks.

Used their Auto pre-check service a month ago and had great response, so I tried them again. This time I paid my $120 have not yet received any reports and cannot get in contact with anyone. (recording says their VM has not been set up, but I was able to reach them a month ago.) Do not use their services as their practices are so inconsistent. I'm going to see if I can get my CC charges refuted as I did not receive anything for my $$$ and will probably loose this car to another buyer.

Worst company I ever worked with. Doesn't complete promised work. Messed up billing. no communication. They are a nightmare. I promise your money is better spent anywhere else. This is probably the only negative review I have ever left of any company but these guys are so bad!! After your reply I have called 2x texted once and emailed and no reply? Come on! This is crazy

I had my vehicle serviced at a local Walmart and shortly after I started having mechanical issues. I decided to have a professional take a look at it. I called best mobile and booked my appointment very easily for that evening. Sean was the mechanic who came out to see my vehicle. He discovered what was wrong within 3 minutes and fixed it on the spot, what excellent service! Very satisfied with my experience, would recommend this company to all. 5 stars! :)

My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon, and these guys were the only ones I could get to even take a look at it. Man, am I glad I did! Not only did Wes come to my house (super convenient), but he was super knowledgeable about Subarus, and he genuinely seemed like he was trying to save me money. I was expecting a mobile mechanic to be twice as expensive as a shop, but they ended up being much less expensive. I will definitely be calling these guys again when we need help!

If I could give zero stars I would. He came several times to do work on our trucks. And every time he touched our trucks they came back with more issues. He is a scammer. Don’t do business with this guy. He also charged us for hours he wasn’t there. We monitored with our security cameras and he arrived late or left early and still billed 2-3 hours more than he actually worked.

1st time using a service like this and you guys made it exceptional! I’ll never go to a traditional shop again. Saved me so much money! Amazing job guys! EDIT: I did not leave this review. I do not know how this review got on my google account. I’ve never heard of this company. I would be suspicious of the legitimacy of any positive reviews on this business.

I was hoping to be one of the good reviews on here but unfortunately experienced some of the worst communication in a business I have ever experienced. I was told multiple times the they could get me a diagnostic check for my check engine light that evening. After having to fight to get a response from them at all I was told over the next several hours that someone would be coming in 25 min, then 30 min. I canceled any plans I had for the evening and waited patiently, only to never hear from them again that evening. Don't tell a customer you will be able to fit them in/check their car when you apparently have no intention of actually showing up. Luckily I found a different excellent mechanic that has surpassed all expectations in contrast.

I don't recommend this business for roadside assistance. I waited 2 hours for no one to show up after they assured me several times they were "on their way", "we will be there in less than 10 minutes". I canceled and called another mobile service that was there within 15 minutes of my call. You might have better luck just going to their shop, but I wouldn't know since someone else has earned my business. I hope they don't waste your time like they did with me.

My radiator and temp gauge went a couple Sundays ago on our way home from work. These guys were more than super helpful. They came out to our car where we were stuck and it happened to be just a few miles from the shop. They got us in really quick and it was such a good price for the quality of their work. Had some questions after we left and they were able to answer easily. We have some more work we'd like to get done on our car and we're definitely coming back here to get it done!!! We had Wes helping us for the most part, but the work they all did was great.

Best Mobile. Disappointed I didn’t dive deeper into the legitimacy of this company before committing to them. My experience with them started with a $185 diagnostic charge. I called them at 4pm and they arrived at 10pm. The technician Carlton arrived in a slug bug (Not what I expect from a premium auto mechanic) looked at my 2006 Isuzu and in a matter of one minute “diagnosed” my truck wouldn’t start because a defective ignition switch. I questioned how fast he diagnosed it and he said the sound my truck was making led him to believe it was the ignition switch. He let me know that the next day they can make the repair. 8am the following morning I got a call from a technician stating he was grabbing the part and would arrive at 8:30am. 10am came around and I received another call from the same technician that he had trouble finding the part, he now had the part and was on the way. 11:30am came around and I called to see why was going on. They acted as if I was crazy and stated that they never said they were on the way and that my appointment was for 5:30pm. Completely wasted my day waiting for them to play games with me. I made sure I was back home by 5:30pm just to have my technician Carlton again arrive at 10pm. Carlton again showed up in his slug bug. A hand full of tools and no light. I had to loan him a light and help him as it appeared he had no clue how to remove the dash. At this point I’m completely fed up with this company but I had paid them $557 for my ignition switch and $185 for my diagnostic. After he completed the repair the truck still made the same noise that led him to believe it was the ignition switch. He went under the hood, did something and now the truck started. I asked him what he did to make the truck start, his response “banged on a couple of relays”. I asked him to show me proof of some sort of test to show me that the ignition switch was the problem and that it was now fixed. His response “the truck starting is the only test you need”. What a joke of a technician. The next day of course my truck wouldn’t start, when I reached out to Jen the supposed manager about where my situation was she responded with another $557 quote for a starter and said her technician made the mistake of not diagnosing the started and the ignition switch. They broke my dash, took advantage of me, won’t own up to their misdiagnoses and now refuse to give me my money back. This company is a sorry excuse for a mechanic. As I now dig into their reviews I see people claiming they never left them the great reviews they advertise, people expressing the same frustrations as I have. This company is a bunch of Con Man.
