They do not comminicate or return calls. I had no idea what was going on with my car for a week. I ended up having to get a ride there and take it back. But that is nothing compared to a prior time when I gave them $1500 to do some work which didnt fix the problem and they just threw their hands up in the air and told me they couldn't fix it. I had to get a new car.

Horrible dishonest people. My grandmother in law brought her car in because she thought the AC wasn't working. In reality, as seniors sometimes do, she forgot how to work the climate control in a new car. There is factually nothing wrong with the AC, but these dishonest people thought they could get one over on an old lady, and quoted her for a new compressor instead of of kindly reminding her how to work the climate control. Fortunately, we intervenened and she didn't waste her money. When I was an Audi tech 14 years ago, my service manager specifically told techs and advisors they would be fired on the the spot if they ever were caught doing this kind of thing. Whoever decided to attempt this today deserves that and nothing less.

Dropped the ball on customer service. Poor communication. No added convenience or service. To compare, McDonald's washed my car every visit and would pre check my alignment before telling me it's time for an alignment. Here, I don't even know if they topped off my fluids, no one said one way or another.

Well I hate to complain but…. I had a 10:00 “appointment” for an oil change. I didn’t get out of there till 11:45? Once the tech started working on my car it took him around 30 min to do the work. So my question is- what’s the purpose of an appointment? Generally, one would assume that if you have an appointment, the work would start at the appointment time or soon after not an hour and 15 min. after the appointment time?? If the appointment time is meaningless what’s the point of having one? The service writer and tech were fine but the scheduling, not so much.

Eddie kept me apprised of how things were moving along and set up a follow up appointment for additional service my car needed. Very satisfied!!
