Absolutely amazing experience with this shop. Katy was extremely communicative with me. I took my car in to replace both front and back brakes but they told me it only needed to do the front and quote “they are not in the business for charging people for things they don’t need” and that’s when I knew I found a winner here! Great mechanic shop, took my car in for a noise coming from the front. Leo and his crew checked out and made a suggestion on what they believe it was. They fixed the issue without trying to do like most other mechanics do and tell me I have 12 other issues wrong. Problem has been fixed, I highly suggest to anyone to bring their vehicle here for fair pricing honesty and great work.

I have a classic car, 1971 Chevelle, and it's getting harder to find good mechanics that really know how to service them. My last mechanic retired and closed his shop and I've been looking for a new shop since as my car needed a starter and had a few other issues. So when I found Mechanic Project and took my car to them. They did NOT disappoint! They gave it a complete inspection and found some things I wasn't aware of that needed repair. It's better to address small problems before they become big ones. I'm very happy with Leo and his crew did and will continue to take my car back to Mechanic Project in the future.

They did a good job on my truck. They fixed an exhaust leak. The motor was ticking really bad, but it was the exhaust. The receptionist is very, very good at her job, and you would enjoy talking with her. They are also very good with communication on your vehicle Great. customer service and a very good owner, I will take my vehicle there again.

Cannot say enough good things about this shop! These guys rescued me after an outrageous estimate for a new transmission and other completely unnecessary repairs from another local mechanic. I had a gut feeling my car did not need a new transmission. That repair alone would have meant my car was mechanically totaled. So instead I took a little initiative and took off the front wheels and looked for where the transmission fluid was leaking from and the other leaks that the first shop told me needed repair. The other shop was wrong! The brake lines were not leaking and there was no power steering fluid leaking either. But there was a transmission fluid leak which I already knew because it was all over my driveway. But it appeared to me to be coming from the axel seal. But I'm not a mechanic and I needed to find one I could trust so ... I looked on-line and found The Mechanic Project. Based on the good reviews they had I went by there with pictures of the leak and we made an appointment and sure enough, that was the problem. I am so grateful for the honesty and professionalism of everyone at The Mechanic Project. They did recommend replacing the front brakes and rotors too and I will keep an eye on the back brakes. There are a few things I need to have done to show my car some much needed love but it was not mechanically totaled as the other shop told me. It's running great, they saved me many thousands of dollars and now my car will last many more years with the professional care from The Mechanic Project. I've been telling all my friends and even some strangers too to take their cars to the Mechanic Project especially if you need a second opinion because you got some outrageous and ridiculous quote from another shop. These guys do great work, are honest and more than capable to get your car in the best shape possible. I won't ever take my car anywhere else again. This shop is the best I've ever experienced. Highly highly recommend!
