These guys rock. If there’s any off road shop I now trust with my truck it’s RSG. I originally brought in my Titan swapped Frontier in to get my Radflo coilovers rebuilt, replace CVs and address a few other suspension and steering issues that needed attention. Billy suggested building out a whole new front suspension system using 4 Runner springs and a Tundra strut. I was a little skeptical at first because I really liked the Radflo setup, but he said it would be cheaper and ride better. I figured they’re the experts so I agreed to it. They put in the new suspension and I am so happy they made that suggestion because now my truck rides like a Cadillac. So much softer and comfortable than the Radflo’s, didn’t lose any lift, and performs just as well if not better off road. Super friendly group of guys that really know their stuff. I won’t be taking my rig anywhere else for fixes I can’t do on my own.

Went to RSG on a recommendation from a friend to get a lift / tires / sliders / skid plate on my new to me 4Runner . Andy spent 40 minutes explaining the pros and cons of various suspension kits to me - ultimately settled on a Dobinsons IMS kit and some Toyo AT3s and I’m really happy with how it’s done so far . Definitely a well earned 5 star rating - this is the shop if you’re in a Toyota / Lexus . Totally worth the drive down from summit county !

Justin and Ray at RSG are truly exceptional individuals. I had spent nearly $800 visiting multiple shops in an attempt to balance a new set of tires before taking them to RSG. After 2 days, they not only provided a complimentary inspection but also identified that the set I had been sent was defective. They went as far as to personally engage in a dispute with the tire company over the phone to secure a refund for me. They then used their wealth of knowledge to recommended and install a new set of tires that has exceeded all expectations. Their level of dedication and expertise truly went above and beyond!

I have been taking my 2014 Tacoma to RSG for YEARS (probably about 7-8). I originally met their current manager, Drew at a Toyota meet/event years back and started discussing little things I wanted to upgrade on the truck. The team at RSG has always been very knowledgeable of Toyotas and the vast aftermarket that exists for them. They have made recommendations to keep me on the trails and even to tackle more obstacles along the way on my journey of building this truck. In spring 2025, after test driving a new Toyota, I made the decision to keep my 2014 and take it to the next level. Drew and Andy were very helpful to ensure this high dollar project was handled with my desires along with real trail experience in mind. The project took significant time and money but the team at RSG kept me posted along the way and in the end delivered my dream Tacoma. Supercharger, new suspension, re-gearing, fitting 35s……the whole shootin’ match! As with any project that size, I expected a certain amount of fine tuning and tweaking being needed after the fact and RSG has been on top of all of the little adjustments and fixes since delivering the truck back to me. Had a chance to take it on the trails recently and WOW! It completely lived up to my expectations. If you’re looking for a shop to handle anything from big to small, armor to suspension to performance, definitely give the team at RSG a call!

These guys are awesome. Justin and the rest of the team did a great job installing new front and rear bumpers, a custom hitch mount, and winch. They found solutions for me to allow me to have both a high clearance bumper and the ability to tow an offroad trailer when needed. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I took my 4Runner in for an alignment and RSG discovered that my inner tie rods were being held together by hopes and dreams, and that my outer tie rods were chewed up from previous alignments at other shops. I needed to drive my 4Runner to Chicago the next day, and even though RSG had a full schedule of work to be done, they still managed to squeeze me in and got all of the work done in less than 3 hours. New inner and out tie rods, and a front and rear alignment. I took it from the shop and drove 2,500 miles over the next week and everything has been solid. If you have a lifted Toyota/Lexus, you’ll get the best alignment Colorado has to offer. Excellent customer service, great prices, and the quality can’t be beat. RSG saved me and is still the only shop I trust to work on my 4Runner. Thank you!

RSG is a great shop whether you are a beginner off roader and just starting to plan your build or a seasoned trail runner who wants skilled techs working on their rig. They have helped me on my 4G 4R with a number of issues that invariably come up with mods as we all try to push capabilities. Everyone in the shop is great and after the initial, “What did you do this time?!”, the grief giving is over and problem solving begins. Justin Hammit knows 4R’s and many other vehicles and is always down to figure out what needs to done. I might not follow him down the line on that obstacle, but I’ve followed him from other shops and am stoked that he and RSG are such a solid team.

Brought my 2020 Chevy Trailboss to RSG to get some new front shocks and upper control arms (UCAs) installed. After discussions with their service advisors we landed on Bilstein 6112s and Bilstein’s UCA. Goal was to get an additional ~1.2 inch of lift for a total of ~3 inches with the factory TB lift in front to fit 33-34in tires. Day of installation I got a call that the tech started to pull apart the UCAs and shocks when they realized Bilstein had sent tundra control arms not Chevy. As a result, Justin quickly recommended going with the ReadyLift control arms which he could get to the shop same day. In addition, it was found out at that time my factory wheels wouldn’t have fit with the Bilstein UCAs anyways. I initially expressed my concerns that this should have been communicated in initial conversations with the service advisors before recommending this set up. I mentioned I wanted the premium UCAs, was paying for them, and was told by RSG that set-up would work great with my truck. After hearing out my concerns, Justin made things right by offering the ReadyLift UCAs at cost to them adding ~$150 discount on the part. Overall, I do feel this should have been communicated up front by the advisor's before taking a deposit and ordering parts. However, RSG did make things right and still got everything installed same day with a slight discount. I am pleased with RSGs admission, making things right, and still installing everything same day. Overall, I am pleased with the setup and their service, I would definitely come back! Thank you Justin and RSG! I will update my review after a few thousand miles with the new set up and some Offroad use.
