Simply Auto did an awesome job replacing the battery and back door latch both which were causing the issue and even corrected some longtime minor electric issues. Explained other items they came across in their inspection but were not pushy at all for sales. I highly recommend them and would trust them again with any future issues.

After years of taking my car to the dealership & becoming increasingly frustrated with their poor service, Simply Auto was recommended by my neighbor & I cannot recommend them enough. I was having issues with my car & was working with AAA - ultimately calling & speaking with Simply Auto several times as they went above and beyond to help trouble shoot over the phone. Once I was able to get my car to their shop, they were nothing short of professional, knowledgeable & kind. At the larger dealership I felt the bottom line came down to money whereas I felt like the staff at Simply Auto actually cared — which is huge when it comes to trusting someone with your vehicle. I will definitely be coming here for any future car needs.

First time using TRUE automotive. Initially brought my 4runner in for an oil change and was informed a seal on the suspension in which they were able to repair same day. I worked with tech Christian who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and informative with everything going on with my car. Pricing was incredibly competitive, and turn around time was impressive. Simply Auto Turns a Negative into a Positive – A True Commitment to Customer Service! I'm updating my previous review because Simply Auto has gone above and beyond to address my concerns, demonstrating truly exceptional customer service. After my initial negative experience, the district manager personally called me to discuss the situation. He was incredibly apologetic and assured me that the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and would never happen again. What truly impressed me was his commitment to making things right. He arranged for the services I had previously declined to be fixed, at no additional cost to me. I have honestly never had a company take such proactive steps to rectify a customer's experience. The district manager's honesty, kindness, and genuine care for his customers are evident. He truly embodies what great customer service should be. While I initially said I would never return, Simply Auto's dedication to customer satisfaction has completely changed my mind. I can confidently say that I would now recommend this shop again. It's rare to find a business that truly values its customers and takes accountability to this degree. My previous recommendation for Hi-Tech Automotive in Lakewood still stands as a great option, but Simply Auto has earned back my trust and business through their outstanding resolution.

This is a great place! Reasonable prices, no BS, and excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional, and took the time to explain my car's issues to me without talking down. They showed me the underside of the car while ir was on the lift, and pointed out the areas of concern. They sent a Lyft to and from my house when we had to leave our car overnight. And Jared was awesome - he took my car to the carwash as a courtesy before I drive away!

I brought my very old mini van in to have it looked at because it was backfiring, so I knew at the very least it needed spark plugs and wires. They did a deep dive diagnostic inspection on it. It was very thorough and they were able to pinpoint all the problems that my van had. Which, unfortunately was a lot. I didn't choose to put a lot of money into it, but Brian was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and even tried to bring the price down a bit for me and I was so appreciative. I opted in for an oil change and that was it. I am now shopping for a new car, and when I find one I will definitely bring it in to have Simply Auto check it out for me before I buy it. They're really great!

From getting an uber all the way from here to silverthorne (can’t thank you guys enough). I can't begin to express my gratitude for this shop and the people who work in it. They showed up when it was needed most. I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 to SimplyAuto for what ended up being a full engine replacement, and the experience could have been a nightmare — but this shop not only made it manageable, but we came out ahead. Each person here deserves credit for a different part of the process: Bryan was my main point of contact and absolutely the backbone of this whole repair. He spent weeks dealing with an extremely difficult service contract company on my behalf, pushed for coverage, kept me updated, and never stopped advocating for me. His communication, patience, and persistence were a huge reason this repair even happened. Chris handled the mechanical side, and the work speaks for itself. A full engine replacement is no small job, and the fact that he was even working on it the day after Thanksgiving shows his dedication. The truck runs strong, smooth, and clean — you can tell he cares about the quality of what leaves his bay. Daniel stepped in during the holiday weekend and helped me work through the financial logistics of my refinance check and payment structure when most people were still full of turkey and off work. He didn’t rush me, he listened, he offered solutions, and he made sure things kept moving instead of stalling. This shop is the reason this repair got done — not the warranty company, not the process, but these three people showing up, communicating, and doing the work. I highly recommend SimplyAuto, especially if you want a shop with integrity, patience, and people who actually care about the customer. Bryan, Chris, and Daniel — thank you again. This was my first time going to Simply Auto and I’m so happy with the service I received! I could tell from my initial call to schedule service that these guys were going to be great. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and their prices are some of the best! And the staff are super friendly and genuine, they helped me feel at ease and well-taken care of. I’ve I’ve been bringing my 2005 4Runner to this location for practically the entire life of the vehicle, and I’ve trusted the business without hesitation. The mechanics have consistently done honest, high-quality work, and that long-term reliability is the reason I’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else. I don’t get the chance to thank the technicians directly, but please know their work has earned my complete confidence over many years. I also want to specifically recognize Alex.
