If I could leave them a 0 star rating then I would, without hesitation. They tell me to drop my vehicle off on a Monday and so I did. I then get a call from them 8 days later telling me that they CANNOT work on my vehicle because they found paraphernalia (my one hitter weed pipe) in my car. First off, they had to literally dig in my center console to find that. Second, why does it matter what's inside my vehicle when your job is to fix the body damage?!?!? And lastly, they cut my wires to my driver side headlight and sent me away like that. My headlight worked just fine and now nothing works on the driver side. No blinker. No light. No brights. But what really pissed me off is that it's been 8 days and they still haven't started on my car. They took my bumper off and put it back on for me since they decided to go through my things and we're scared of some weed. Unprofessional.

I was slightly hesitant selecting a preferred body shop from the insurance of the individual at fault (Allstate) but after reading the reviews for Colorado Car Works, I felt my car would be in good hands. I am grateful Allstate recommended and reviews are 100% accurate. Not only was customer service amazing (Luisa) and they were able to get me in quickly, they were completely honest and clearly communicate throughout the whole process Additional damage was found after removing the back body side- they informed me immediately and texted me pictures and were able to get the damage completed at exactly the expected pick up date Car Works ensured my car would return back as it was before I was hit, but it honestly looked even better then before. Additionally, I was happily surprised and grateful they detailed the inside of my car! I was moving when I was hit and my car was obviously a mess. When I got it back it truly felt like it was brand-new again and looked beautiful. Highly recommend!

I recently contacted Colorado Car Works as a last-ditch effort for my 12-year-old, high mileage Honda CR-V that I crashed (my fault). They were one of the only businesses to get back to me and be willing to help my situation! While I decided to not move forward with repairs (since my car is so old and I am ready for something new), Jen was speaking with me through the entire process, providing me with advice and pricing transparency. Even though I did not move forward with repairs for my own personal reasons, their enthusiasm and willingness to help me with my situation was so amazing. I stopped in at this location to inquire about a quote for a repair on my 2021 Audi A6. On the Driver side front quarter panel, there's an extremely small dent. looks like someone jammed it with a pen. It's a PDR repair. I also had a large scratch/deep gouge in the bumper with a sensor hanging off. The Estimator spent 10 minutes telling me all the stuff he'd have to do to repair my vehicle, all of which didn't seem logical at all. You have to take off a quarter panel and repaint that entire side of the car for a simple PDR? The price came out to right around $3,000 for just the bumper and another $1,200 or so for the driver side quarter panel, PDR repair. I got the bumper and quarter panel fixed for a fraction of the cost elsewhere, and they did an excellent job! Made it look like nothing ever happened and didn't need an entirely new bumper! Lesson learned: If estimator goes on and on about the extensive repair job for just a PDR and gouge in the bumper that results in a 3k - 4k+ estimate, get a second opinion. Not a necessarily bad experience here, just seemed like they were hiking up the price for no good reason when i got everything resolved at a very high level for $1.5k

I truly cannot say enough good things about this body shop. I worked with Jen to fix damage on my bumper after someone hit me. She was kind, helpful, and fully explained everything to me. They had my car for about a week and a half and when I got it back I was surprised to see that they fixed a clip on the inside of the car that had been broken off and found a long lost wallet somewhere and left it in my middle console for me. They made this process as easy as could be for me. The people here are genuinely good, caring people. It was also so refreshing to only interact with women at a body shop. Sadly, three days after getting my car back another person hit me (horrible luck I suppose). Luckily, I know where I’ll be going to fix it!
