I took my Audi to Prestige and Dave and his team fixed the problem. They did make a mistake that ended up with me taking it back for more repairs, but they admitted to the mistake. It matters more to me that Prestige admitted to the mistake and fixed the mistake at no cost to me, over the mistake occurring in the first place. It is nice to see honest business practices. I do not hesitate in recommending Prestige Audi's service department to anyone considering having their car serviced. This is an honest and fair service department.

I've been utilizing this dealership since I had my Audi TT. They've been professional, competent, and consistent through all my interactions with them. Stephanie my service technician was great but after them saying they'd pay for my tow (and not doing it) I arrive to a clean car that was clearly put through an automated spray wash and swirled the paint on my ENTIRE VEHICLE. It will cost me 300$ to pay for a detail to get it back to normal. Shout out to Stephanie for my 20% off to at least off set the tow they originally said they'd cover. I won't be going back. Spoke to two other friends that were rubbed wrong way be service department too. Honestly expected more out of this place.

Though the people are kind and helpful when you get there, the fact that one can’t get ahold of anyone in service on the phone has proved to be a real problem. They claim to have been having trouble with their phones since they moved, but they moved three months ago and somehow they were able to solve the phone problem on the sales side of the house. I have literally called the dealership more than 10 times in the last 3 months and have never been able to get ahold of a service person on the phone when I called. Their system dumps me directly into voicemail. All 3 times I left messages in the voicemail of the service department I never got a call back. Couple that with the fact that they have a policy where they can’t take care of a warranty item when they find it because they consider that an “upsell” is utterly ridiculous - so I had to go back for a warranty item to be fixed, only to find no one bothered to be sure the part needed for the warranty repair was in stock the day of my appointment (it had been in stock when the issue was discovered, but their “no upsell” policy forced me to drive the 40 minutes back there for nothing.) But the final insult is they send videos of things that apparently need to be fixed and when you don’t respond RIGHT away, ostensibly confirming you will spend more money with them to fix the item, they resend the video. Finally, this is a Porsche dealership and they have only 3 loaner cars. If I wanted to put up with the constraints of such a grossly-under-funded loaner program, such that essentially they don’t have a loaner program, I’d have bought a Toyota. The organization needs to focus on basics - get someone to answer the phone in service, return voicemails, if you aren’t getting voicemails, work out the issue with your phone provider, examine your policies to ensure you are providing true customer service first, have a real loaner program and please be sure to have the parts on hand when a customer is driving 40 minutes BACK because of your bad policy, and planning to wait because there is no loaner car available, before you get all excited about automated gimmicks to bring in more revenue.

I have come here for years for several vehicles. The facility itself is top notch and makes waiting while the vehicle is serviced realistic. The technicians are all highly capable and the advisors are no nonsense and always provide clear, actionable advice. Great communication is built into their process so you always know where you are in the process. And they actually keep to the timeline promised! Overall it is a high quality, customer focused experience that keeps me coming back, although I now live 90 minutes away!

Ridiculous. Took days to assess our porche’s issue after making an appointment. Then for the repair, $4,500, same experience. Brought it in for the scheduled repair the same day. They never called and never got to the repair. Another date scheduled and they took 3 weeks to get to the repair. It appears they scheduled the repair and didn’t get to it for the 3 weeks. They had the parts. Also, we brought it in during warranty period for the same issue and they “cleaned” it as a repair, and now, off warranty, we have paid full price for replacement. Worst experience for a high end car/dealership. Never again.

Outstanding service by the service team. They are always focused on their customers and find the right way to do the work. I truly appreciate all they have done for me over the 9 cars and 15 years I have been going there. Sales is a whole other conversation. Very nice people in sales but seems somewhere up the line in management above the Porsche GM there seem to be people who could care less about their good long term customers and just want to take the highest bid on the more difficult cars to find. They need to learn the importance of word of mouth in CO.

I bought my 2013 Premium Audi A4 Quattro at Prestige 6 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. I go there a couple times a year for cleaning supplies, merch, service, and multipoint inspections. Prestige also offers a comfortable waiting room, business center (finished some homework), coffee, and complimentary snacks. Let’s just say, I never dread going to this dealership.

Overall horrid experience. They have had my 911 for over 3 months. While they were waiting for parts they neglected to fix a noted wheel finish until last minute. The warranty they sell for wheels has so far proven to be a waste and I would not recommend purchasing it. They don’t send wheel out for a professional repair, instead opting to have someone come to their location and paint it in-house. The repair was horrible. Not even matching finish in same wheel and very apparent. When I told service advisor Ethan, he said that most people wouldn’t even notice or care about the poor finish? I can’t imagine people spending $100k+ on a car and not caring about a finish on the car and/or wheels? They still have the car and I hope they can actually finish it soon. They blamed much of this on a previous advisor not doing their job well. Shouldn’t impact a customer if Prestige hires poor quality talent. Overall, poor experience, poor customer service, poor quality work. Can’t believe they think it’s acceptable to treat customers vehicles and time like this. Hope to update this soon with something more positive.
