This was the ONLY place they would do an alignment on my car when no other place wanted to because it was very low. So now I’ve been a customer for a few years bringing my other vehicles as well. There is also a nice little waiting area. I am very happy with the service I have received.

I don't review businesses very often but I felt it was warranted in this case. I brought my '99 ranger with a 3" torsion twist lift to this alignment shop and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did on her. Many years ago I was an alignment tech so I know what a good alignment drives like and this shop nailed it. I have an aftermarket caster/camber kit installed with the other suspension mods and the tech took his time to make all of the correct adjustments to get her running straight and true so my shiny new 33's will last and the truck drives a lot nicer than it did with my eyeball alignment that I gave her when I fixed up the suspension. Not really relevant to the quality of work; but, it was nice being able to walk a half block to a bar and grill to have a tasty beverage while I waited.

I been taking all 4 of my cars here for alignment for years. One of which is modified with full adjustable upper and lower control arms and toe links. I requested negative 1 degree camber for the rear wheels and BAM on the money -1.0 to the decimal he dialed it in. Of course all the other settings as well were dead smack in the center of factory specifications (toe and front camber). These guys are very experienced and very efficient. They won another life time customer!

Took my 04’ Sequoia in to get an alignment after being messed up from prior place that caused my wheel to pull to the right. This place was highly recommended and now I see why. My favorite part is the fact that I was allowed in the bay to see the problems. They fixed my alignment and my drivers wheel is no longer lopsided. I wish I could give more stars. Definitely added it to my list of trusted shops.

I own a 2016 Ford F350 DRW that I recently had a 4" lift installed on. The lift was installed by a supposedly reputable company that puts these types of trucks together for shows. After the lift was installed, I can honestly say, that's all they do is put them together. They are parts replacers. Their work will NOT and does NOT drive properly on the road. I took my truck back to that shop 4 times in less than a week because it was not aligned. They put the lift on. They should be able to align it. The truck pulled right and the steering wheel was not centered. All four times, I was told it was aligned and I told them it was not. Disagreements led to me not being able to go back to that shop. I knew about and have been to Lakewood Alignment in the past with another lifted truck. So, that's where I went with this one. I am impressed with the way this shop does business. When the day begins, Peter, the manager, has all the techs gathered for a daily briefing/safety/assignments. I've noticed this every time I've been in. The service at Lakewood Alignment starts, at the counter, when Kylie, the receptionist, checks you in. She will put a smile on your face with her attentiveness to your concerns as she is writing each item down for the tech. After I spoke with Kylie, Peter came into the customer waiting area to ensure all my concerns were listed and to inform me that the work was about to begin. In this shop, you are allowed to watch your alignment work. You're not supposed to bother the tech and I know I do, but Matt, the Lead Alignment Technician, is the best alignment guy in the Denver area, hands down. While Matt was working, he was listening to my explanations of what I thought was happening with the truck. Matt actually understood and could see, physically on the truck, what I was talking about. This was the first time the truck was there for this issue. Matt was able to get the truck to drive, as straight as possible, without a crucial adjustable part, the track bar. I was happy with the way it turned out, but told Peter I was going to purchase an adjustable track bar and be back for install. A few days later, I was back with my part. This time, my truck went over to Glen for the part install. It should have been an easy install with the measurements given for specific lift heights. Glen installed it according to the instructions and I left with my truck. Well, I noticed the steering wheel was a bit off center and the truck was pulling left this time. I live 45 miles from the shop, so I figured I would drive all the way home and give the truck a chance to settle. No luck. I called Peter when I got home and told him what was happening. He told me to come in first thing the following morning. I did. With no appointment, I still only waited about an hour and a half while Matt completed 2 alignments on other vehicles. Matt took it out for a test drive, brought it into the bay and started cranking on that adjustable track bar. He must have turned it 30 times. He went for another test drive, brought it back into the bay and cranked some more. He did this 2 more times. In all, he must have turned the track bar 50 turns. Probably not, but it was a lot. While he was doing this, he had Glen come over (for a teaching/learning moment) to show him what he was doing to the track bar. When Matt finished, Peter came to let me know and to inform me of a slight rubbing issue when turning the wheels completely one way. That's the way a business should be. When I left this time, I swear, I was in a different truck. I went on a 2000+ mile round trip to Louisiana and felt like I was driving a Cadillac. The Ford Hop was even gone. Ford owners, you know. I could not believe it. Had my front axle been that far off center since I bought the truck new?? I don't know, but surely not. Who knows and who cares now? I called Peter from Louisiana to tell him how elated I was about the truck. It drives better than when it was new. I will NOT go to another shop other than Lakewood Alignment again.

This place used to be a good place to take your car, apparently it's not the same anymore! I think they're biting off more than they could chew and lying to people and saying they're working on your vehicle when they're not. So you think your car is fixed and when you get it home the problem is still there. The mechanic we talked to could not answer simple mechanic questions about the car, his attitude was really super bad like he really doesn't like his job! Which is making that whole company go down, I'm highly disappointed in the lies we were told about all the work they did to the car when in all actuality nothing was done at all! What's this world coming to?!

Lakewood breaking alignment did a great job in a timely fashion, replacing my brakes and rotors. When I thought I had an issue, I brought it back in and they were happy to give it a once over with no extra charge. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I needed an alignment before traveling on a long trip, and they were able to work me in quickly. The alignment took only about an hour. They have a waiting room with seating and beverages. Wi-Fi and a restroom is also available. Staff was courteous, and prices were reasonable.

Awesome service! Squeezed me in last minute! Show me what the problem was with my front end and offered different solutions. Also a great little customer waiting area! Definitely check this place out instead of one of the big chains

Quality and affordable work on my Mercedes Sprinter Van conversion. I needed an alignment after changing my shocks myself. They recommended replacing tie rods and were very friendly about getting the info to order them. I planned on doing the tie rods myself but after a reasonable quote and friendly interactions I let them do the work and I’m happy I did. The lady handling appointments was friendly and informative and the owner was also friendly and thoughtful with answering any questions I had. I was leaving on 1000s mile trip the same week. Now after 1 month of putting them through hell in Arizona and inspecting them I’m sure I made the right choice by going to Lakewood Alignment! I’m grateful for quality honest auto repair because it’s a very stressful situation for me letting strangers work on my $100,000 self built pride and joy. Also I travel with 2 big dogs and there is a beautiful park .5 miles down the road to hang out at.

Very knowledgeable shop. They adjusted my slightly crooked steering wheel back to center by tweaking the tie rods without throwing off the alignment. Great attention to detail, good price and friendly service. will definitely be back for all alignment needs

This is a non-incentivized review. I came in for a 4-wheel drive alignment, and overall, the alignment itself was done well. However, after paying for the service and getting back into my car, I discovered two large scratches on the window tint I had installed just a month ago. The front desk staff refunded me $120 (the cost of the alignment) for the damage but explained they wouldn’t cover any additional expenses to replace the tint. I contacted the tint shop I originally used, and they quoted $280 for removal and replacement of the damaged tint on the driver’s side window. It’s disappointing that the shop refused to cover the full cost of the damage they caused. If you’re looking for a business that takes responsibility for their mistakes, this may not be the place for you.

I had an outstanding experience with Lakewood Alignment & Brakes—they were honest, knowledgeable, and refreshingly straightforward. After a national chain tried to upsell me over $2,100 in unnecessary repairs, the sharp and friendly staff at Lakewood quickly fit me in, thoroughly inspected my vehicle, and confirmed my front end was in great shape, recommending only a basic alignment and minor future work. It’s rare to find such integrity and expertise—highly recommended!

Update: they issued me refund for $350. I appreciate that although I still feel ripped off as I still have issues with my front-end. I came in for an alignment for my RV and ended up spending almost $3000 for front end work and new brakes. The brakes I'm good with, however, within 300 miles of driving, my brand new front tires are showing uneven wear. I took it in to see what was going on (in Florida) and they said the alignment was off, as I suspected. He thought it might be the tie rod. Whatever, after spending that much money, I did not want to revisit this so soon. I sent an email and left a voice mail. Have not heard back. I want a refund for the alignment. I'm a reasonable person but do not like feeling ripped off.

Their workmanship and knowledge is apparent. When I called for an update during inspection in they were actively researching which KYB shock would be optimal for my lifted van. They favor OEM and quality parts, which does end up putting their prices noticeably above a typical shop visit. Paying tax on the parts twice hurts my wallet (then paying it at parts store, their markup, then again on the invoice). They prefer taking payment in cash/ check to save 4% on credit/debit. I’m not giving them the fifth star because I was led to believe the alignment would be part of the labor costs associated with replacing ball joints and tie rods when they gave their initial quote and their quote changed a few times during their work. The final invoice was 7% more than initially quoted. The continued inconsistency was off putting. I indicated I was price sensitive and it would have been nice to have been given the leeway to reduce parts costs by adjusting or reallocating margins towards labor and or allowing me to buy the parts would have helped a lot in difficult times. I realize they’re not obligated offer such options. At the end of the day, while spending thousands to fix a car hurts I’m confident this was the best place to do so.

I've brought my Vette here a couple times now. They do good work, they have an in ground alignment rack, lowered cars are no problem. They do custom alignment specs. They have a nice waiting room and are friendly. Not much more you could ask for.

I went in to get my 2019 Miata aligned to my preferred alignment specs. My steering wheel was also off by a couple of degrees which is fine to most but I'm OCD about things like that. Worked with Albert on the appointment and within an hour and a half got a call it was done. took it for a longer drive home very happy with the service. Steering wheel is dead straight and every spec is close to what I want. Would reccomend.

After two decades of my father’s garage “alignments” on our mustang using tape measures and boomer voodoo, I decided it was time to actually get the car aligned. Lakewood Alignment was not only prompt and professional, the whole experience gave me a lot of faith in their abilities. Happy to report the Mustang has never steered straighter. No more wandering on the highway. I’m more confident in driving the car hard. I can’t prove it but I’m pretty sure the technician that aligned my car is who Bryan Cranstons character in Drive is based on. Every employee I interacted with was an absolute pleasure to interact with. I will be recommending this shop to all my hot rod buddies and they will be getting my repeat business in the future. 10/10!!!
