If I could give this location zero stars I would. The “ General manager” Was rude from the beginning. What could have been a simple we do not have the parts to fix you, let’s figure out how to accommodate the customer Turned into an accusatory screaming match… Ending with him threatening to call the police, and waving me off while I was still talking. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend you visit Huber or another bike shop completely but avoid this one at all cost.

First time arriving to this bike shop & it was by far the best decision. In the past I have went to other bike shops where getting new tubes took an entire week & I would have to pick up at a later time. Mike’s Bike Park changed the tubes on the same day. As I waited I explored the store. It was a cool area to explore & a great place for anyone to ride their bike, skateboard, or their scooter in. I thought it was an awesome touch that they added an arcade as well. Overall great experience & service. Will come back for future bike fixes.

After messing up an expensive order, they made it right multiple times over. Super friendly and helpful staff. Bike people doing business for bike people. Provide an affordable and quality space for all ages to enjoy. 10/10 will buy my next bike with them again.
Again, had a repair and tune up, and they were amazing. Simply the best.

Best bike spot in Southern Ohio! The staff here is amazing and they take wonderful care of every rider who comes through the door, regardless of skill level or budget. Never touched a park and wanna ride? They got you. Expert level and want to crank it up a notch? They got you! They offer a full service repair shop with thorough care and they have made numerous repairs to my kiddos bike and scooter for free when it was minor. I trusted them to handle big time repairs and had no disappointments, with great communication throughout the process. The pass is an incredible value too if you’re a real enthusiast. We drive over an hour most weekends to get our Mikes fix and are never disappointed with our experience. Don’t sleep on this local gem!

I brought my Poseidon gravel bike in for quite a bit of work and that did an awesome job and turned it around really quickly. I had one minor issue but brought it back in and they went above and beyond to fix it for me. Will be back for all my bike service needs.

Wow this place is really cool! Brought my nephew on a Saturday. Just a few other bikers riding. Great bench seating area for spectators and they allow you to walk around and take pics. Jacob at the check in counter was really nice and gave instructions well.

Went in person earlier this summer to see if they could install a kickstand and a new fender. It was late on a Saturday night and the computers were down. No big deal, was told to call the next day. Called and was told by a gentleman that they needed to order the parts and that I would get a call later that week. Two weeks go by and I never got a call. Gave them another chance and called explaining that I never got a call. New guy takes down my info and tells me the same thing, that I’ll get a call within the next week. Still haven’t received a call from this place. I did my best to try and support local and this is what happens as a result. Ended up going to REI and the guy there was super awesome so don’t regret that at all. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me

I’ve ridden here as much as I can pretty much since they opened.
It’s a fun park and they’ve made it much better over the years…but from what I’ve seen the best part of this park is restricted to “invites” only.
It’s a great place, but when I found out they were withholding the best part (1/3 of the entire place) of the park and only letting “the in crowd” up there it severely soured my taste for the place.
BMX doesn’t need more elitists. We’re paying to ride here. Let us in.
