Called mikes about noise in the front end of my mazda, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix the issues all in the same day.. It was not a easy job due to the rust on car, these folks are professionals in my book, will be back if I need something... I cannot say enough good things about Mikes! I brought my car in after a very bad experience at another place. Everyone that I talked to was so very polite and professional! Chris helped me get my appointments set up and answered all of my questions! Definitely the BEST customer service that I’ve gotten in a lot time!!

Google requested a review. It’s a good place to take your vehicle to. Took mine there once. Call ahead and make sure they do the service that you need. Quite limited on what they do.

I have been using Mike's for 15 years and have never had an issue. However, it's under new ownership and labor charges are outrageous. They tack on a 1 hour/$100 charge minimum PER PART! 3 parts and 2 hours of actual labor ended up costing $380 in labor alone. They also tried charging me for a belt that was brand new. I am giving 2 stars because they were friendly and the work quality was good.

I've been told that Mike's is one of the best care repair shops in town by multiple people. I hadn't needed to visit, thankfully, until today. One of my fan belts was incredibly loud and squeaking. I brought it in around 11 AM. By 2 PM, I got a call that they had found the issue, and that they could get away was making some adjustments to fix the issue. The technician on the phone mentioned that it could be an expensive fix if it needed to be, but they had found a really inexpensive solution and it should work great. That level of effort is awesome, especially in the auto repair field. I will not go anywhere else.

Seth is a top-notch guy who owns a top-notch mechanic shop. We brought my Jeep Wrangler in due to some warning lights on my dash. He spent the day running diagnostics to figure out what the problem was and determining if he could fix it. Due to it being a Jeep, Jeep manufacturing only allows Jeep dealers to fix certain issues. Seth gave us a full rundown on exactly what the Jeep dealership needs to do. We also accidentally left our son’s football gear in the Jeep while they were working on it and Seth unlocked his building after hours so we could retrieve the football gear. Highly recommend
