Amazing service from Andrew Alves at Mike Ward Infiniti! He got my car in same day on a Saturday! He greeted me at the door! He immediately had a technician identify the problem and looked for parts throughout the Denver metro. He laid out a timeline for completion and communicated with me along the way. He assigned the work to a master technician. We were from out of town and had a 9-hour drive to get our children back to school. Andrew did everything possible to make that happen including giving us a loaner Infiniti while our Infiniti was being repaired! We are so appreciative of Andrew's outstanding service and may drive back to Denver to buy our next Infiniti because of him! We have owned our Infinity (purchased here) for several years, and while we live about 50 miles from here, we come here for all service. The staff has always been friendly and fair, and are good to advise what we really need done immediately and what is safe to wait until next time. Billie Vogel helped me assess what is necessary today and what can wait, and even took me to a laptop for photos of my shocks, and gave a detailed explanation. Couldn’t be happier.
