Shop is full of workers only two cars in the base the rest are open, alignment machine is completely open and when I ask for alignment they told me it's going to be 2 hours before they can even get to my car with only two other people in front of me who are not getting alignments they're just getting something done with the tires and alignment machine is completely open I was told minimum 2 hours before they can even get to my car this used to be my favorite place to take my car but the customer service has gone down dramatically

I’m normally a big fan of Les Schwab, but this location should be avoided. I recently had my front brakes done here, and woke up to a pool of brake fluid in my driveway the next morning. Turns out the bleed lines on both brakes were loose and I lost about half of the brake fluid I had on the drive home alone, so I hate to think what could’ve happened if I hadn’t noticed the fluid on the ground before leaving for work. Ended up missing two days of work in total due to the location being closed on sundays, and when I finally spoke to an employee at the location the only resolution I was offered was to not be charged for the fix and fluid refill (which would have been covered under the warranty anyway). Again, I’ve always been impressed with Les Schwabs professionalism and workmanship, but not anymore.

The team at this site was amazing! I visit them a minute before closing and they went out of their way to help me fix the tire that had a nail! They sent me quickly on my way without charging me anything. Just great customer service!I'm going to mention Miguel but it was a few of them that helped that unfortunately I didn’t get their names. This is the worst automotive service I have experienced in my 76 years. We picked up a nail in a tire in my wife's car last night. We have roadside assistance which came out and put on the temporary spare. I took the tire to Les Schwab in Highlands Ranch about 10 this morning and told him that after repairing the tire we would need to have it replaced on the car. He said he would call when ready. I hadn't heard anything so about 3:30 I called. The young man said they were quite busy but he would get someone on it right away. He called back a few minutes later, and told me if I came right over they could get it mounted for me. I drove right over and was told that it would be at least an hour and a half wait. I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I was told on the phone to come right over and now I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. The manager's, Mr. Moran, exact words were "so what?". He said that other people had been waiting a long time, also. I told Mr. Moran that if they had told me this morning they couldn't get the job done today I would have gone elsewhere. He acted as if he could care less. I finally said you clearly don't want my business and I will never come here again. He finally said in a loud and sarcastic voice, "I'm such a good guy I will go ahead and mount it for you." They pulled my car into a bay, and another young man mounted the tire. It literally took him less than 3 minutes. While he was working, I told him thank you very much; I really appreciate you helping me with this. His response was, "you should". Wow, I am speechless at how unpleasant this experience was. I would not return to this company if they were giving away tires for free.

Ethan Is an incredible Manager! He was so extremely helpful and truly cared about my entire replacement. I shopped the competition, but returned to Les Schwab because of Ethan. This gentleman is a complete five star customer service technician. He is very proud of his business and promotes it and the most professional manner. Miguel is Horrible and dishonest. I had a bad experience last week with this guy. I purchased a set of 4-14 ply trailer tires for $1200. Just realized they sold me an unmatched set. 3 American made Rainer ST and 1 Chinese made Walmart special called Sailun listed at $199 compared to the Rainier price of $299. Now I have to jack up this 7 ton camper to remove 1 tire, drive 40 mins from golden to highlands ranch just to get the service I paid for. I spoke to another manager Matt, he said they will make it right. Apparently they have to order the tires, hence why they just threw whatever tire they had on there. They could have at least gave me the option. This is so aggravating. I hope to get a chance to change this review to a positive one. So Matt and Ethan saved the day. I didn’t have to pull my fifth wheel or even pull the tires off myself. These guys stepped up. Sent Ethan out with a mobile unit and made us whole within 2 hours of my phone call. So appreciative. Thank you so so much. Matt and Ethan truly stand up guys. I will always use Les Schwab tires for all of our vehicles thanks to you two.

Had a very slow leak in a tire. Other shop could not find. Went to Schwab and encountered Kanin. What an impressive young man. Competent, thorough and energetic. He meticulously removed imbedded rocks in the tread and found a very small nail. So small that a bubble test was not reliable. Fixed the issue.

I feel like this is a really great group of guys that work at this location. They are always friendly and get the job done quickly and proficiently. I will always bring my vehicle here for tires, rotations, brakes, and oil changes.This location is fairly close to home, so I usually drop off and walk home. The last appointment I had, they called me to say my vehicle was ready for pickup before I even got home. 100% recommend from me.

I recently had an oil change done at Les Schwab. A few days after I found a pool of oil in my garage and took my car back to them. They spent time trying to figure out cause of leak. They determined the plug in oil pan had stripped the oil pan. I was so impressed with how they took full responsibility and replaced the entire oil pan free of charge. Miguel the manager of the Highlands Ranch location is a real stand up guy and never hesitated to do the right thing. I was very impressed. Thank you.
