Had a coupon in the mail for a great price on full-synthetic oil change. Phoned and they got me in the next morning. The guy at the desk was very friendly and upbeat. My wife needed the car in a couple hours and they got the oil change done in about 35 minutes, sent a picture of the air filter and the cabin filter, kept me informed about the status of the car via text, and were up front about any extra charges when i first came in. Was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this Meineke on County Line.

I paid for a tire rotation and balancing, but afterward the tire positions were unchanged. I had marked the tire sidewalls with charcoal beforehand, and the marks were still in the same locations after service. The balancing also did not appear to be properly performed. I was charged anyway. When I raised the issue, I was told the work was done and they refused to redo it. Posting this so others can make an informed decision.

Isaac installed a trunk latch on my sequoia, In a way that bypassed Toyotas design-flawed handle. This way it will last for years, where a dealership fix broke after a year for me last time. Isaac and Tyler are flexible and willing to help where others would not. He also honored his original quote, even though it took him longer to complete the job. I trust the integrity and workmanship of this facility.

Stay Away I had one of the worst service experiences here. I got an oil change on November 1st, and they did not tighten the oil drain plug. Two weeks later, while driving to work, the plug came loose and dumped oil. I had to pull into a Toyota dealership, leave my car there, and pay for a rental just to get to work. The dealership documented the issue, tightened the plug, and replaced the oil. My engine could have been seriously damaged because of their negligence. When I called the store, instead of owning the mistake, they told me I “should have brought the car back” for a warranty fix — even though the car was unsafe to drive. The employee I spoke with (Tyler) was rude and refused to apologize or accept any responsibility. I am demanding a full refund for the oil change and a refund for the rental car I had to get because of their negligence. I’ve contacted corporate and am waiting for a response. Based on this experience, I strongly warn others to stay away from this place. Negligent work and terrible customer service are a bad combination.

Brought in my new (used) car for warranty services to the radiator hose and they found another issue which would have been catastrophic if not repaired, not to mention $$$, and they helped me get it covered under the same claim. I had a great experience at Meineke on County Line in Highlands Ranch. They were able to get me in for a same-day appointment, and the entire process was incredibly efficient — I was in and out in about an hour. Their price also came in about $30 less than the competition right down the street, which was a nice bonus. Tyler, one of the owners, was hands-on and took the time to clearly explain the charges and the work being done. It’s always reassuring to see an owner actively involved and making sure customers are taken care of. Great service, fair pricing, and a smooth experience overall. I’ll definitely be back.
