Everyone from the first phone contact with Addie to schedule my service to Garrett my service advisor, my experience was really great. Good communication and prompt service. The mechanic did a good job with the video recount of my service and what he was doing. I appreciate that feature a lot. Really appreciated the entire experience as this was the first service for my new car that I purchased last November.Just an oil and rotate tires. I got my appointment with no problem and it was an "express" service. So I got in immediately, and I was told they would text me when ready. They said it might take two hours but I was sent a really cool video in an hour. Not only was it done but I got a chance to look at the video and see exactly what was done. The met my technician and I signed my paperwork and he gave me my keys and they had even washed my 'happy Honda ". What a terrific experience. Thanks Ralph Schomp Honda - you're the BEST!!

Greeted as soon as I stepped out of the car. Usually I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. The service writer talked to me very soon after. She was very pleasant and took time to listen to me about the issue I was having and let me demonstrate the problem. She kept me informed about the repair. This was the best experience I have had for service in a long time. By chance the technician who work on my vehicle was at the service writers desk. He was also very pleasant and explained what he had to do to repair the vehicle. I enjoyed talking with him.

I made an easy same day appointment. Service center employees were friendly and professional. Facilities were clean and spacious. Waiting room had coffee machine, bottle water, and snacks available. I also noticed there's a play room for little kids, but I didn't take a look at it. Overall, it was a good experience.

I’ve been a customer at Schomp Honda for many years. From the day I purchased my vehicle, through oil changes, periodic maintenance, etc, their service has been top notch. Appointments are easy, the techs are quick and efficient and if anything comes up during inspection they always go over in detail what needs attention. I always recommend Schomp to people when they are looking for a car. In part because of the product, but also because of the outstanding service.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. As a 13 year customer here, to be treated so horribly is really quite shocking. Five hours for an oil change? And they’ll treat you like crap too? Go somewhere else….

Had SUCH a good experience with Cassie as my service rep. She was in constant communication with us and we loved the attention to detail. It’s pricier than any old auto shop but for a good reason. I got text updates & a video showing what they did already vs what was recommended. Going in for a recall isn’t fun but they make it easy here! Turnaround is typically less than a day. Not to mention we LOVE our cars. Got a 3.49% rate on both of them ♥️♥️

I scheduled a service appointment in order to get a key cut/programmed. I showed up on time and it took 10 minutes for the service rep to come over just to tell me that they did not have the key in stock and I would need to reschedule service when the part came in. To schedule service and show up, only to be told that the service you scheduled could not be completed is crazy. I rescheduled service and it was completed in a little over an hour. However, the dealership I got the vehicle from was handling payment of the service as it was part of the deal when I purchased the vehicle. The communication from Schomp to myself as well as with the other dealership was terrible. I had to facilitate the entire transaction as the service tech took hardly any initiative in contacting the other dealership - despite me having a work order and contact information on hand as well as given at the time service was scheduled. Even then, Schomp did not have any payment options set up with the Honda dealership in Colorado Springs so I had to go back and forth in order for payment to be taken by Schomp. After it was all said and done, it was over 2 hours, not including the first trip that was completely waisted because no one could check to make sure they had a key in stock for the first appointment. The service was finally completed and not even a simple apology or acknowledgement of my inconvenience was mentioned. Very unprofessional.

I've had my car serviced here for many years and always found the experience good. The staff is courteous and professional. Wile some things take a while, I've never felt it was an inordinate amount of time. If you choose to wait, the waiting room is nice with some drinks and snacks available, comfortable seating and tvs. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi available for customers. They do have a play area for kids.
