His knowledge, skill, and dedication to making sure everything was done right were truly impressive. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. On top of that, Ana and Diamond were incredible as supportive managers. Submitting this a second time because it was taken down once already. Shout out to the district manager who said he’d be in touch and never called. I brought in my truck to have the transmission fluid swapped not too long ago. About a month later, a separate Grease Monkey pointed out that I was leaking transmission fluid. They suggested a loose seal on the pan might’ve been the culprit. After bringing the truck back to this location, they told me that the leak was actually coming from a different part of the transmission rather than the pan, claiming no responsibility for their part in it. They topped off the fluid and sent me on my way, assuring me that there was no issue. Not even a week later the leak was worse than it was before. After bringing it to Dynamo Emergency Auto Services on Santa Fe and then in turn to A-Affordable Transmissions Center in Englewood (both of whom I’d highly recommend), they found that there was a bolt missing and threw a new one in there. Since then I haven’t had any issues. On top of being overpriced, they’ve continued to abdicate themselves from the problem. All I know is that I had zero leaks before coming here and have had to go to multiple other shops to get it fixed. With something as vital as the transmission, you’d think they’d give a little extra time and care to make sure that all the bolts are torqued, much less that they’re there at all. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they weren’t at fault, both times I’ve been back there I was just shoved off and treated like a nuisance. You might be fine with services as simple as an oil change, but I’d say it isn’t worth rolling the dice.

They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure I felt taken care of throughout the visit. The whole staff created such a positive atmosphere during what could have been a stressful situation, and that level of customer care really stood out. Above and Beyond in Every Measurable Way! I cannot speak for any other location than Highlands Ranch 9293 S. Broadway behind Pet Smart. The front desk is/has been efficiently and warmly run for years by the sweetest lady who sincerely explains all services provided and explains everything so clearly and friendly. The young lady that handled my truck and provided a detailed analysis of all my questions and concerns about items like my brakes. Again service above and beyond and she knew what she was talking about. I learned that this location provides full mechanical services except for alignments I believe. I asked her to quote me for front brakes which I was told I needed a full front brake job by (Pep Girls) after they did my rear brakes. Turns out I don’t need front brakes at all. Grease Monkey sprayed some brake cleaner and took care of the squeal I had. Told me I wouldn’t be due for brakes for quite a while. Honesty and Integrity off the charts! Ladies…..This is one Grease Monkey location with service you can really trust and know you are getting top notch service!

I was warmly greeted at my car by name and told where I could wait and have a water or soft drink. The service was fast and efficient. The mechanic asked me about my battery and called the place I bought it to see if it was still under warranty. He went above what he needed to do. At check out I was instructed on what was done and what needed to be done. I highly recommend this grease monkey!!
