04/18 - *Finally got the Jeep to another shop and despite Bob claiming the lined the frame up to OEM specs, the Jeep dealer saw the misalignment and bad paint as soon as I rolled up. The comments from Bob below are pretty hollow in meaning. He's a fast talking guy who hopes he can just keep talking until you agree with him and he can get you out of his shop. *Last update 12/14. Despite the claim below, the Jeep was NOT aligned to factory specs and caused additional damage to my hard top when I left the facility. After the insurance company convinced me to go back for repairs TO THE repairs and they had it for two weeks, it's still wrong. Paint is off. Door and tub are still not aligned properly and only some of my secondary concerns were addressed. I won't be going back here. ***2nd Update*** Fender is coming off again and the work they did damaged my hard top because the body is badly misaligned. The paint also seems to be washing out in the sun. Going back to my insurance agent. Update - I'm currently looking into apparent shortcuts and some small problems that have arisen since I gave them my vehicle and got it back. Until those problems are resolved, I have to drop my rating. The shop underestimated my repair time, but knew better anyway and was prepared for the extra week it took. I understood the damage better than the estimator. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints about Euro Collision. They're team worked with me the whole way through, contacted me when they needed a special part that is hard for auto shops to find (Wrangler parts can be VERY specific) and I was able to drop ship what they needed to their shop. This damage was severe in that it caused creases in the skin of the Jeep that aren't even shown in the before and after pictures. The door had been pushed back and caused the tub to buckle. I'm impressed the team was able to get the bend/bump out. I'm impressed they were able to apparently perfectly match a BRIGHT yellow. I have nothing but good things to say about Bob. The person that I had the quote done by quit and I was skeptical, but Bob assured me when I dropped it off that I was in good hands and he took care of it throughout. Danette is also a rockstar. My understanding is she took over the repairs on my Jeep and made sure the parts were in and didn't get annoyed with my calls there in the last couple of days. I will come back here and I will refer people here for collision damage.

I am beyond impressed with the service I received at Euro Collision. I took my car in to repair a long scratch on my door and fender. When I picked up my vehicle it looked like new! They not only fixed the scratch, but took care of other flaws on the body and detailed it inside and out! It looked brand new inside too! They communicated with me every step of the way and finished it sooner than the date they gave me. I hope I don’t need this service again, but if I do I would absolutely use Euro Collision for any body work in the future!

My experience with EuroCars is nothing short of amazing. Matthias was my estimator. He handled everything with the insurance company, the sublet repair company and the rental car. Terrible customer service and workmanship! I returned my BMW X5 twice for a loose grille and it’s loose again. I shouldn’t have to worry about parts coming off after going through the car wash. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache.

I am still very frustrated, but it’s my fault I did not do research on this collision center. Customer survice is bad. You will never get a call back from them even after you leave 4 voicemails. They painted my rear bumper on the car and the paint match was not even close. Had to take it back they repainted it and again not even close, however after picking it up the 2nd time I come to find curb rash on my rims. This is very frustrating. I have called to speak to managers, they transfer me but no one ever picks up and never return-phone calls . I hope Euro collision sees this and makes it right but as of now no one has contacted me. My recent experience with EURO Collision was fantastic! I dropped my car off at 9 am on a Wednesday. At 10:45 I had the revised estimate after teardown, and it was sent to my insurance company. The approvals and repairs were completed on Monday, and I picked it up Tuesday morning. My car looks brand new- they cleaned it as well! I would absolutely recommend them!

I asked for quotes from several body shops, and here, the EURO Collision Center, they provided with me the most affordable price, the shortest time needed. I decided to replace my broken bumper here on Tuesday noon. They told me to drop off on Wednesday afternoon, which I did. They told me to pick it up on Saturday morning. But finally, I was informed to pick it up on Friday afternoon! In other body shops, they asked me to leave my car there for at least one week, and here they finished it within 44 hours! I would like to recommend it. I just hope they will keep the service standard forever.

May of this year, 2023 I had the unfortunate event of being accidently struck by a fellow motorist who was trying to change lanes. They struck the passenger side of my car causing large creases, scratches and damage. I was scared about being without a car for concerns of commuting to work and worried about getting it repaired correctly. I have to say I am very thankful for being referred to EURO Collision. They repaired by car safely and appropriately and in a timely manor. Teri at the front desk helped me feel welcomed and set up a car for me to rent while my car was being repaired. She also gave me timely updates about the status of my car while it was being repaired. At the time of pick up the owner, Bob walked me through the whole process of the repair and answered all my questions during the inspection process. He graciously took the time to allow me to operate all the features of my car post repair to make sure everything was working right and to my standards. The car looked as good as new and I am very happy with the results. This was the first time I had to get a car repaired and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend EURO Collision for any car repairs and will defiantly consider using them for any future needs. Thank you EURO Collision team!

So far they have been the best auto shop I’ve found in the general Denver area. They actually have techs who know how to work on a Volkswagen Turbo diesel. Also the financial staff has been extremely helpful in keeping my bill below what it could have been. All in all very happy with the service Euro Collision has provided, only negative is how long it’s taken, but that isn’t their fault. Typical insurance dodging calls and bills like the vampiric monsters they are hahaha. I got my car back and am very satisfied with the repairs and paint matching (they even gave me a little brush-bottle with some of the paint for touch-ups later). I did have to go back one time due to a minor issue that took them less than 10 minutes to fix. I really like that they have a lifetime warranty on their work. Brandon knows his stuff well and doesn't seem like they have a single dud on their staff.
