I could not be happier with the hail repairs done by this facility. After being hit by the tornado and then the hail storms that followed, there was hail damage on every panel of my MINI. I do not have before pictures since I went out of town, (trust me, it was gnarly and there were hundreds and hundreds of dents everywhere), but this car looks pristine and brand new again. There were what feels like a thousand dents of varying sizes on my hood. The staff are so helpful, friendly, and personable. The repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and they were willing to deal with my insurance, which I greatly appreciate.

The work is amazing and flawless! My car looks better then brand new and it was done a lot quicker then i was predicting. My car got hit pretty bad from the hail storm back in May 2024. My insurance agent suggested I hold off on getting my car fixed until the hail season ended (which was October). When October came, I went with the recommend group that the Lexus dealership provided. However, I was ghosted, so I had to do a ton of research and found Pro-Masters. I called and stopped by for a quick chat and Ryan was very helpful! I setup the earliest date I was able to bring my car in. Due to the damage on my roof and hood, I was told that my car could take up to 45-60 days to complete. Pro-Masters kept me up-to-date through the entire process and they actually finished a lot sooner than I was expecting at 3-weeks! I would definitely recommend Pro-Masters to friends and family! P.S. My car hasn’t looked this good since I drove it off of the dealership lot! 👍 Added some before and after pics.
