Horrendous service. No one takes accountability for their work, minimal effort is put in to the customer and “I don’t know” is their favorite term. They are slow to work on your vehicle and have a way of minimizing the effect that has on you by taking you other people had bigger issues to address. Getting a loaner vehicle is impossible but they pride themselves o. Having the largest loaner selection in the state. Perhaps is time to go even larger folks. This place is a joke. Don’t use them.

I like the fact they run promotions for oil changes and specific parts and services you may need. Their tire promotion is one I took advantage of. I made an appointment at 7:00 a.m. to do a diagnostic on my head unit. They had the appointment but then told me oh oh the diagnostic guy doesn't come in till later and they would be unaware of what time my car would be done even though they had the appointment for 7:00 a.m. .Then I also had an oil change that they were unaware of and it took a couple hours even though I was the first person in and virtually only one there. Finally, I asked them to replace a fuse and they forgot to do that. I felt it was a pretty simple transaction but I was disappointed throughout the entire time. The one lady who helped me was very nice though.

Honestly horribly frustrating service. Made an appointment for an oil change and chose to stay in the lobby since most oil changes take 30min-1.5 hours. FOUR HOURS LATER and I can see they had just taken my car into the shop to perform said oil change. When I checked my car in, I was told to expect about a 2.5 hour wait, then it got pushed to 4 hours, then 5 hours. If you can’t honor appointment times, don’t make them an available option to book. The last time I had it in, I had to bring it back TWICE because they couldn’t get the alignment correct. My trust in Hyundai honestly keeps going down. Unless you’re planning on dropping your car off for the day and leaving, I would not recommend their business in the service center. The only saving grace and keeping this from being a one star review is that Nick in the service center was amazingly kind and turned things around for the better at the end of my appointment. They need to focus on hiring more people like him.

Service was good a couple minor issues. The service was only a tire rotation.They did not reset the service notice you get when you start the car and a couple valve stem caps were missing. Recently I also had to add air to my tires, so I'm not sure the pressure was checked. I was invited to bring the car down and they would fix things, but it's an unnecessary trip that could have been avoided. Customer care was good, but the application of the service was a little lacking.

Seen them many times. Will try to charge you two separate diagnostic fees, and will ignore any other potential problems other than the initial concern, except to sell you an air filter. Had them return my car in a worse state than when I brought it to them. Update: Since the dealership so graciously responded. I took it in for a oil leak. They brought it back with a permanently rolled down window. They were kind enough to not charge me an Additional $225 for literally tightening my battery terminals. Generous. In that first diagnostic, they didn't once mention the broken window. Not on the diagnostic. Not anywhere. Before I even left the shop, I had to tell them what the problem was. Took it in two days later, after having a massive security issue and freezing cold blowing in my car. They again were generous to not charge me the $225 for the problem I told them about and they caused. I've since taken it to a real mechanic. Who then showed me a very obvious clutch leak that I could see plain as day. In two separate trips these guys somehow missed it. Amazing

It’s been a disappointing experience. I took my Palisade in for a noise that was determined to be bad rear shocks under warranty. I was told this is a known issue by the service writer. After 6 days of promised communication I still had no ETA on when the shocks would be replaced. Needing my car I asked to be notified when the shocks came and I would return the car at that time. To date, it’s been 16 days since I picked up my car and the only communication I’ve received is to complete a survey and a text from the service writer asking if I am completely satisfied with the service I received. What service I ask myself? If this is a known warranty issue one would hope a small replacement stock with a min reorder would be beneficial. The show room is beautiful as is the service department but the communication and follow through are less than desirable.

Took my car in for an inspection on the transmission and they basically told me I am crazy because the car is in great Shape. Turns out the transmisson is still falling and I will not take it back because they will probably say the same thing. It is under warranty so I think they just don’t want to fix it.

Brought new car in for inspection because the trim on the car is showing signs of premature deterioration under normal use. Less than 9500 miles and only been on the road for 4 months. I was gaslighted by the service manager Scott and disrespected as well as my father who was with me. This service department has never been professional with me and I’ve dealt with several team members so far. I’m now working with the manufacture directly on this issue since the team at McDonald Hyundai doesn’t feel like customer service is in their job description. Editing to add that Scott kicked us out once we started asking more questions about the warranty and the integrity of the dealer as a whole.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with! C.J. has done nothing but argue and tell me that I am wrong, no solutions. I have a 2025 Ioniq5, great car but has a little electrical problem with the headlights. It is 100% repeatable on a cold morning start (under 40 degrees). C.J refuses to recreate the issue even after leaving the car overnight. I will never buy a car here, not because of the car or sales but because if I need service I don't want to be belittled and argued with.
