Horrible experience!!!! I was charged for services that I didn’t receive and my initial problems wasn’t fixed. I brought these problems to the manager and I was given the runaround instead of just admitting to fault. I’m still out money and I took my car to a different shop. They informed me that my problems were not fixed and I now have worse problems due to the negligence. Absolutely the worst auto shop for your money. None of my problems have been rectified. Please do not take your car here. Horrible customer service, horrible car service.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm, said I would wait for it thinking it would be 30 minutes at most, since I had an appointment. I got my car back at 2:45pm. I sat and waited for over an hour and a half, for an oil change. Asked if they topped off my fluids, never quite got an answer but instead got a shrug and a mumble.

I will never go back to this place. Brought my truck in because it was making a noise. Without even test driving it, they told me it was the rotors and break pads and that this would cost me about $500. Thank god I got a second opinion because comes to find out, there was a rock lodged in my breaks, and I still had 90% of my rotors and break pads left. Did you guys even look at my truck? Were you just trying to get my money because I am a woman and you didn't think that I would get a second opinion and would just take your word on it? Absolutely ridiculous. Y'all don't even deserve a one star rating. Don't waste your money, everyone.

Avoid at all costs..... I got a flyer in the mail claiming a discounted oil change. I called ahead to see if they had capacity for my vehicle. I showed up at the time they designated, and after waiting about 20minutes, someone finally showed up at the front desk to tell me they won’t have any openings until 5pm. Worst customer service experience and horrible time management from the supervisor. If only a “zero” star rating was possible....

I had an appointment for an oil change at 6 o’clock I showed up at 5:30 was told I might be able to get in early meanwhile someone else was getting their car done and because it was taking so long they got comped two free oil changes and apologize to. At about 650 no one had said anything to me about how long it was going to take I’ve been sitting there for over an hour, eventually I just asked for my keys because they didn’t even tell me how much longer it was going to take . I’m really pissed that the guy in front of me gets to comped oil changes while I get nothing but a ton of wasted time ... Why did I make an appointment if they can’t even keep it

These guys are absolutely awesome! I was stuck on the side of the road over 60 miles from home, and they towed me to their shop on a Sunday, and did a ton of diag and got my problem fixed quickly and efficiently, as it was a weird wiring issue. On top of that, they gave me an absolutely amazing price. I had a great experience with them.

Rodney at the front seemed okay and friendly, but the guys in the shop stare at you like they are almost on some sort of narcotic/medication. I even waved to one of them since it was a little awkward to be grilled at the entire time I'm pulling out and away and got nothing. The alignment seems pretty good, but the "vibe" of the place screamed "felons work here". EDIT: I am changing from 2 star to 5 star. Today, I went back for my first of my lifetime alignments and Rodney was once again a really cool dude. And, I was happy to hear he had let go of most of his people and was trying to replace them with better, more dependable mechanics. Sad he said that he hasn't had any responses to the 3 positions he has available.

The manager, Rodney, runs this place like an old school neighborhood garage. There is no BS or up-selling of services or parts. They provide a thorough assessment of your vehicle and explain which items are most critical so you can prioritize repairs. Rodney presents himself as an honest next door neighbor and he's proven to be just that. I've bought tires, had tire repairs, had oil changes... Most recent repairs were shocks + struts and inner/outer tie rod replacements. He provided an estimate and answered questions. He invited me into the garage and showed me the issues. Then printed a diagram to show me how the tie rod ends worked and why that repair was critical. I checked prices and the prices were VERY favorable. Dealer prices were about 50% more. To reduce costs I purchased the parts online and PepBoys provided the labor. My car is a 2007 and the suspension/steering feels close to new. Nothing is more important than a shop you can trust. Thanks Rodney and PepBoys!

I am not one to take to the keyboard for complaints, but this place is a disaster. Called to make an appointment for an alignment and oil change and the gentleman on the phone said he could get me in at 3pm for both services. Dropped the car off at 1:30, planning to pick it up around 4. I got to the shop and one of the techs said they could not do the alignment because nobody was certified to but could do the oil change. 5:30 rolls around and I had not heard from the shop so returned to get my car. They hadn’t even moved it from the space I parked in and didn’t bother to call. A guy in the waiting area said his car had been there for 4 hours for a tire change. What a waste of a day without a car and didn’t get any of the services I requested.

Ordered tires online from Pep Boys and saved $280 on the overall price of the tires. They were able to get me in first thing the next morning. The staff was very friendly and were spot on the time estimate which I appreciated since I had to wait at the shop. Although this location on County Line is smaller than most Pep Boys, I'll go back and would recommend them.

This location is difficult to find using GPS as it is behind another building and does not have a sign near the street. However, the service was great. We were able to buy 4 new tires for Jeep Cherokee for under $800 Including installation and road hazard. It only took 1.5 hrs to get them installed same day. Would definitely recommend this business!

Came in with a flat tire, they told us 30 min to change out 2 tires and oil change. Manager was extremely rude when I brought up oil change coupon and tire deals I had seen on line. Needless to say.. I was in a bind and on a tight time frame so 30 min was sounding perfect. I'm literally sitting outside of the shop, vehicle is up in the air with no tires, oil change has just started because I went into work bay and spoke with worker's. I have now been here 1hr and 45 min and manager is no where to be found. They aren't busy and my vehicle was put in bay as soon as I pulled up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I should have gone to Wal-Mart to get better service. I would have given them no stars but that's not an option. Anywhere else is better than here.

My family and I have been endlessly searching for a place to take our cars to be serviced without having that “we got taken advantage of” feeling afterwards. I can honestly say...THIS is that place! Rodney and his team are very very honest and will never try to encourage repairs or services that aren’t needed. How refreshing! They were even able to give us guidance and direction by inspecting and making proper repairs to our recently purchased used car, who’s true history had not been fully disclosed upon purchase at a ‘reputable’ local dealership. It runs great now, as do our other vehicles, thanks to Rodney and his team. I highly recommend this location specifically to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

My fiance and I came in to check out why the windows weren't working and Rodney helped us out the entire time! He was very understanding about me working nights and working around our schedules. He walked us through exactly what the mechanic would be doing and why. He sent one of his workers in their vehicle to take us home and pick us back up while they were checking everything out so we didn't have to wait there! During the payment process, he told us exactly where each dollar was going and everything on the bill added up perfectly. Their trustworthy attitudes and overall business is amazing! He mentioned they are trying to build the business back up so if you went during the previous owners, give it another try! You'll be surprised and happy you did. Definitely taking our vehicles there from now on!!

After traveling all day looking for a decently priced wheel alignment service from many shops in my area I was referred to this pep boys as it was around closing time for all other shops. Was greeted promptly at the front desk and was pleased to hear they could preform the service immediately and that they had a laser alignment machine. They also offered the exact quote I was looking for. The mechanic working the machine was in from another store and was very honest about his operating ability of the machine. It took a little time for the employees to double check they could perform the service which I appreciate. Service was quick, to the point, and... Pleasant! Will be returning again!
