I remember bringing my car here like 1 yr and half ago. I was so disappointed i payed like 250 bucks they didnt even wash the carpets.when i arrived the only 2 stains were still there.plus some crumbs in between the seats/ under the belt buckle.my car was clean.basically brand new i took it to them because my car got full of smoke from 4th of july they said they could treat the smoke smell too.so i paid to get the whole cleaning plus the engine bay.anyways i arrive to pick up the car and it literally looked like they just vacuumed it. The reason i know carpets werent washed well first of all dry as can be and the only stain the the carpet was still there.i pointed it out he grabbed a brush got it wet and scrubbed it off.oh man.whatever i paid the man and left and will never be back what shocked ME more was the owner was Hispanic and to take advantage of someone like that.well i just dont know.

They did a great job cleaning our car. It was sooooo icky inside. Window was stuck down for months and the interior was so moldy. They did forget a few little things like pulling the seat belts out all the way and opening the middle console to wipe it down. Still worth it though to get it as clean as they did.

They dragged their power washing hose across the truck and is scratched to ho lee hell! They tried fixing it, but it didnt help. Cup holders weren't clean, windows I had to clean myself (in front of them), the wax doesn't beadup Guys working were really nice, but quality of work was horrible! Never again will I take my vehicles to them. Disappointed.

my girlfriends 01 4runner looked like it had been lived in and the kids had stained everything dropped food,spilled drinks you know kids destroy car interiors,I was in the detail business years ago and I new the kind of task they were going against but I also new what it could look like after. Well let me tell you the work they did was superior the car looked amazing the stains he said would be a problem were gone I had them do a full detail from inside to the outside and even the engine bay and wow well worth every penny and very reasonable price if you are looking for an honest detail shop that dose superior work also did I mention we had the car back the same day DON'T EVEN LOOK AT ANOTHER SHOP YOU WOULD BE WAISTING YOUR TIME.

We had our 12 year old SUV detailed for the first time ever. Twelve years of dirt and grime and punishment from messy, messy children and an outdoorsy hubby. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the interior was when Millennium Auto Detail was done. No more stains on the beige fabric seats! Amazing! We will be back with our other car soon.

The worst experience you can have at a car detail shop. My son dropped off his brand new 4runner because I spilled coffee in the front seat and he just wanted it to be washed out of the floor boards and then detail the rest of the interior. Took them two hours, we showed up 30 minutes after to give them some extra time and when we got there the car wasn't even clean. The 4runner is new so it barely needed a cleaning anyway but there was stuff still all over the carpet and they even scratched his dash.. He went to pay the guy who was running the spot who demanded that we have cash or check and when my son gave him cash, he didn't have any way to give him exact change. You request cash but can't give change? The guy then goes on to tell us that all of our floor mats are wet and in the back of the 4runner. They were soaked and dripping all over the interior in the back. YOU'RE REALLY NOT GONNA DRY THE MATS AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE CAR???? What AM I PAYING YOU FOR???? The worst place you could possibly go. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

Set up a Saturday appointment. They texted to confirm. We showed up at 9am on a Saturday and waited. Texted. 20 minutes later we got "Oh sorry, I forgot. Come back during the week and it's free". OK fine, free is good. During the free detail, they stripped the chrome off of the steering wheel emblem. Then blamed Mazda for it. Do not recommend.

I had my minivan detailed today 6-7-22 and all I could say was WOW!!! I take 8 dogs to our families farm and walk them daily, it was a muddy hairy mess so my expectations were not very high that it could be cleaned in A top notch level, I was absolutely astonished how clean and smelled so good I will be having my husbands truck done for him as a Birthday present you have to check these guys out very friendly and professional and will recommend to my family and friends!

I took in my brand new 4runner to get the carpet cleaned because my dad spilled coffee on it. When I arrived the guy said he wouldn't have a way to quote me how much it was till they were done?? Super bad When I went to pick it up they said they would only take cash or check. I payed cash but the guy wasn't even able to give me my change. How are you going to demand cash and not have the ability to give change? Ridiculous to say the least. Car wasn't even clean when I arrived, stuff still all over the carpets and they scratched my dash. He then goes on to tell me that my floor mats are in the back of my car drying. I open the door and all three of my floor mats were soaking wet, dripping on my brand new car. I went in to the shop for a simple clean and I ended up getting outrageously overcharged for something I ended up having to do my self anyway because the job was done so poorly. Avoid this shop like the plague. You will for sure have the worst experience of your life.

I had a complete inside and outside detail on 08/22/24. When I picked it up, I found a few things they had missed, they corrected those while I waited. The next day, as soon as I got on the freeway and got up to speed, my tonneau cover blew off my truck and was destroyed. Dakota told me his employee had trouble latching the cover. After 1 month, on 9/25/24 he said, “No, I’m not paying for it.”

They did a great job on my SUV! I have 3 dogs, 3 cats and 3 kids and my SUV hadn't been cleaned in years, it was super dirty and they made my SUV look like new again! It's so clean now! I am amazed! I highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with the detail that I got from these guys. I have a 2012 F150 and I use it for work. I was actually embarrassed how dirty it was inside and out when I brought it into them and I had had a brake caliper on my right front stick and it baked on the brake dust so there’s no way I can get it off there and it also got brake dust all the way down the side of the truck into the paint because it got so hot and I didn’t think there was any help for it when I went in to get my truck back. It looked like it did when I bought it. The paint was shiny again. They got the wheels perfect back to chrome and the interior was flawless. I’m very picky and I am beyond pleased. They went above and beyond on my truck and I will definitely bring other stuff back to them and recommend them to others.

My new car was sent to Millennium Auto Detail by Olympia Mazda to have some swirls and scratches buffed out. Despite having it a full day the end product was mediocre. They could have done a better job removing the swirls and scratches, all 4 wheels looked terrible, there were buffer pad marks on some of the rubber trim pieces, there were various nooks and crannies missed and a lot of dried buffing compound not wiped off. When they dropped the car off back at the dealership it was dark so I didn't see any of this until this morning. I get my vehicles professionally detailed regularly but I will not go back to Millennium Auto Detail.
