I damaged my tailgate on my Chevrolet, and contacted Jose through the office phone number. I left a message on Sunday and Jose called me back that day. Truly impressed on his responsiveness. I scheduled a time to bring the truck in and Jose provided a clear and detailed estimate which was a bit lower than the other estimates I received. Jose ordered the parts and I paid for those up front. He told me he should get all the necessary parts in and get the tailgate painted. He was right on with the time frame. Today I went and picked up the truck which he only needed for a couple hours. The work was excellent and the price was exactly as quoted. Jose seemed to really care about customer service and is striving to run a productive reliable and dependable business. He and his crew has earned my loyalty, (I hope I don’t need to use him again, but if I do he will be the first shop I contact. Thank you Jose and your teammates.

I have done business with a couple of times in the past and have been more than satisfied (read amazed) with their work. It has been several months since I've been to Dent Center, but the lovely receptionist/secretary/Jackie of all trades, Lani, remembered my name - she earned tons of points with that ability. Today I erroneously came into their shop for a small job a day early. No problem - the manager, David Plenty, squeezed me in and did another great job at a very reasonable rate, I might add. I will definitely come back in the future if the need arises, and I will certainly recommend Dent Center to friends and anybody else that will listen.

DentCenter takes their time doing things right. My car was in a collision and towed here. I was a new customer at DentCenter and deeply worried about repairs and navigating insurance. However, we were in excellent hands. Jose and his team were kind and informative both times I stopped by to ask after updates on the situation, knowing that insurance might take awhile to navigate. Communication was nonexistent unless I visited in person, but I understood that updates would be sparse from a review here, and adjusted accordingly. All in all, everything took just a few weeks; not long at all in exchange for the peace of mind I had afterward. I'm grateful for their help and impressed with their professionalism.

I can't say enough good things about DentCenter, and the people that work there. The folks here were very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. I wanted some work done on my car, and was very apprehensive about getting it done. Once I talked with the people here, I felt much better about the work getting done and ultimately decided to go ahead with it. The finished product was better than i ever could have hoped. THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!! I initially left 2 stars because my vehicle was in the shop for almost 2 months. Getting ahold of them was extremely difficult. And finish date kept getting pushed. I was understanding due to how many vehicles they have and the shipping issues nationwide. Although I was overly frustrated, I stayed calm throughout the entire process, didn't yell at them about their service or ask for free work. I got a call today saying they're washing my car and it will be good to go AND that they waived my deductible!! I have NEVER had or seen a shop do that before. I had no intention of getting anything for free but Jose went out of his was to make things right. They also detailed the whole interior which made me even more happy. Thank you guys for all your hard work! I will continue to refer customers to your shop!

These people are sick! I told them I was having trouble trying find a tow company to tow my car because of the holidays. I finally had a resolution then found out they had impounded my car without prior notice! I wouldn’t trust them with your car, you just don’t know what they’re going to do to it without telling you. Depending on how things turn out, I’ll have to see them in court.

**DO NOT GO HERE** My car got towed here after an accident. I had to leave the country for work for over a month but was in communication with them throughout this time. They then told me I owed them $6000 for storage fees if I didn’t let them repair the car. Or I could just sign the deed over to them. They also did some tear down work without my permission. They tried to bully me by lying that I signed an agreement to pay them an exorbitant amount of storage fees but I read the paperwork that I signed and it did not say that. Till then they would not release my car.

After my 2025 Honda CR-V was damaged, I was understandably stressed — but from start to finish, they made the entire experience smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free. Their communication was excellent, they kept me updated throughout the repair process, and when I came to pick up my vehicle, I was blown away. My CR-V looks absolutely flawless — like nothing ever happened. The paint match is perfect, the body lines are clean, and the car honestly looks like it just came off the showroom floor. You can tell this shop takes real pride in their craftsmanship. They didn’t just fix my car — they restored it with care and precision. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding.
