Dalton is by far the very best out there. I have not met very many honest mechanics in my life but I can tell you that after multiple times of using's Reich's, that the work is phenomenal and most definitely honest. Dalton actually took time to ask questions and to really help guide me to the proper resolution. He works with a great attitude and explains things thoroughly and simply. He has helped me with vehicles as far back as the 60s and with my newer GMC Yukon and Acadia, and my sisters Ford Escape, and my moms Ram 1500...I really cant recommend this company enough.

I was in the process of removing my CV axles on my Toyota Sienna and had trouble removing my passenger side as it was stuck in the shaft support. After fighting with it for three hours, I reached out to Dalton on Saturday and explained my situation. We set up an appointment the following day at 1 PM. Dalton not only fixed my issue he also showed up two hours early! I was able to finish my weekend project. 10/10 I will use his service again if needed!

Dalton came out before 8 am on a Sunday to repair my window in December. Unsure of exactly what the issue was, he suggested a diagnostic service before purchasing $600+ in parts for what may have been the issue and waiting two days for arrival. Although he could’ve charged me for parts, markup, labor for both the diagnostic and repair service, etc. he found the issue was a bolt that had come out. He fixed it and tested his repair and was done in less than an hour. And I had a safe vehicle for myself and my young child again. Dalton was honest, fairly priced, and easy to work with. He answered the phone on a Friday night when I discovered the window was broken and followed up on Saturday after tracking down the part and getting pricing. I have been traveling to a friends shop 50+ miles away for auto repair but will start using Dalton because he did such a great job.

Y’all, Dalton has helped me out not once, but twice! He has saved me hundreds of dollars by being honest and thorough with his work. He was on time, friendly and has very competive pricing! I was elated to have my car back and running, both times! Really, shop around first and then come to these guys. No one else can beat them! Seriously, never going to another mechanic! Reichs auto is the only service provider I have saved in my phone. If you’re here in Olympia, or in the area, make sure you call these guys! 10/10, definitely recommend.

Highly recommended!! My tensioner and power steering bailed out on me over the weekend and I couldn't drive my car into the shop. Dalton came by at the crack of dawn this morning, had my vehicle diagnosed, parts ordered and the repair completed in under 90 minutes! The service was well-priced, communication was stellar, and my vehicle is now running beautifully. And it was such a relief not to have to get a tow anywhere for repairs! Dalton is kind AND mechanically skilled. In the past month, he has worked on both of my stalled vehicles. Water pump, serpentine belt and thermostat on a 2004 dodge truck, and an entire distributor and plugs on a 1994 gmc g3500. Both went from unable to drive, to now running great! Both would have needed to be towed, but Dalton came to me. HIGHLY recommend!!! You won’t be disappointed. As a woman, he treated me well, not condescending like other shop mechanics I have encountered. His fees are respectable. I will be calling Dalton with future vehicle needs. Having never met him before these 2 mini crisis, I can say I trust him, and that is saying a lot.

Responsive, communicative, competent, honest, professional, friendly, speedy. Highly recommended! I thought I was dealing with an external head gasket leak on a work truck. Downtime is expensive, so I reached out to Reich's immediately. Within minutes, Dalton messaged me back and we scheduled an appointment. He was right on time, and within minutes he had pinpointed the problem: years of friction had rubbed a small hole in the upper radiator hose, causing coolant to leak down the top of the engine and down the backside- appearing to be a head gasket leak. I was relieved, and he had that hose replaced with a new one by 9 am. Also, to protect the new hose from rubbing in the same location, he cut a piece off of the old hose to use a jacket for that spot. It's awesome when you can support small business owners AND get superior service. I will definitely be hiring him again.

Best service ever, have had owner of Reich’s mobile repair come out a few times and have had nothing but great service, for the reviews below saying he’s not licensed are obviously a bot or someone who has nothing better to do with their time, he is licensed and insured, his UBI number is 604640964 and you MUST search it with a ( ‘s) or you will not find it. I've scheduled with Dalton (the owner) a few times now for various things- first a stuck on oil filter on our old Lexus sedan, then a John Deere ride on mower that was not starting, and most recently, a horse trailer that the wheel just about came off. Turns out the bearings were shot, as well as the brakes. He's done a great job each and every time - on every machine, be it car, mower, or horse trailer. Easy to schedule with, explains the issue and shows and points out what it is so that you have a visual (I certainly appreciate this as a visual learner!), provides a detailed quote, doesn't try to sell you on anything unnecessary, and performs quality work. Highly recommend. We will certainly be scheduling with him in the future the next time we need some work done on any of our cars or trailers. Great business, great guy, and excellent work.

Dalton Reich showed up on time, knocked out an installation of new suspension upgrades on my RV in less time than estimated, and charged a very fair price. He arrived next day after I called, whereas competitors and traditional garages wanted three times the price and me to wait week or more to get it done. Dalton worked many years as a certified new car dealer mechanic and knows his way around cars like you wish your last mechanic did! He’s definitely my first call for any vehicle repairs in the Puget Sound area!
