10/10. I only had my flat fixed and it was under warranty, but the way I heard the manager talk with other customers was fantastic.

Great service at Olympia Firestone! The staff was honest, fast, and professional. They explained everything clearly and didn’t push unnecessary repairs. Fair prices and quality work. Highly recommend for reliable car service!

Excellent and honest service. Drove in no appointment Sunday morning after my tire kept losing pressure after hitting a pothole the day before. The crew took it apart, checked everything and had me on my way. No issues were found. Didn’t try to upsell me when nothing was wrong. I’ll definitely go back.

Great store. My tires were low and I was concerned. We drove in to ask for help They offered to do an air check on the spot . And voila the problem was fixed at no charge! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Justin and his co worker took the time to help us. even at the end of the store’s hours. We appreciate their good service!

My mom had a blowout yesterday and we needed to get her to the nearest shop since the car had on the donut spare. The nearest shop was the Olympia Firestone on Harrison. When she arrived she spoke with someone named Henry. She explained to Henry that she either wanted to get all 4 tires replaced while using the warranty for the damaged tire or just replace the damaged tire, but she preferred getting 4 new ones today. She asked about promos, rebates or specials and Henry told her they don't have any. She asked again to clarify, since we've both been Firestone customers for years and they always have at least a few specials/promos running. He confirmed there were none available. Henry had to help another customer so she looked online for Firestone promos, specials and rebates and immediately found at least 3 promos that would work if using her CFNA Firestone credit card and the rebate involved using a prepaid Mastercard given by Firestone with the rebate amount added on to the prepaid card. When Henry finished she showed him the rebate information on the app. She told him that she would just need to look up her CFNA card as she didn't have it with her, which is never a problem as you just enter the social and the zip to get the card information. The conversation seemed to devolve from there and it seemed like there were ongoing road blocks with communication and perhaps not a thorough understanding of Firestone products/services. Henry explained that she couldn't use the rebate unless she had a CFNA Mastercard and the other problem is that she doesn't have her card with her. She explained again that she has a CFNA Firestone card not a "Mastercard" (he seemed to think the prepaid Mastercard was a credit card one needs to apply for rather than the actual rebate that is put onto the "prepaid Mastercard"). The requirement is that the customer must have a CFNA Firestone credit card and the rebate is put on the "prepaid Mastercard", the rebate is not put on a credit card. After 15 minutes going around and around about the rebate and equal time trying to explain that getting the card information isn't ever a problem, she thanked him and left the store. She decided to risk driving on the donut spare at a slow speed and get to the Lacey Firestone store where she normally does business. I met her there just to make sure things went smoothly due to the earlier situation here at Olympia. When she arrived at the Lacey Firestone, Donovan took care of the situation and turned things around. Brandon also got involved. By the time it was finished, she learned of a tire special that saved her money and also was able to use the rebate she discussed with Henry in Olympia. Of course using the CFNA card wasn't an issue with the SS number and the zip code. The car was ready before the expected time. I was in touch with my mom throughout the process unfolding. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone here but it's something to be aware of if you're needing help and need a place that is invested in providing an acceptable level of competent customer service .

Really disappointed with these guys. Make sure you do your due diligence- as it saved me from 6k in quoted repairs from this place. Turns out i just had a loose radiator hose, but this place quoted me the works, even attempted to get me to sell my car to the manager's friend when i said no because it "is bad practice" for him to buy it, ya no kidding huh? this happened this summer, my car is still running strong 5 months later. NEVER EVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO ANY FIRESTONE AGAIN. Manager should be ashamed of himself. EDIT: There would be no reason for me to contact you. This was simply an honest review of your dishonest business. Its probably illegal for your team to try to buy cars from customers from under them stating they need way more work than they truly do.

So I called yesterday 11/13/25 and spoke with a really nice guy (who name I didn't get but should have got) who told me that they were full today and it was going to be a long wait. I told him well can I make an appointment to bring it in another day because I cannot drop my car off because I literally work out my car. So he was like sure you can bring it in tomorrow at 11 and we can either fix it or give you a new tire which is free with your warranty. He also ensured me that he will be sure that they have my tire available as well, and he made me an appointment. So fast forward to today and I get there and this guy name Henry was working the desk. He look like he did not want to be there and the customer service was horrible. He said its gone be a long wait because they were backed up and were trying to get the cars they already had for days fixed first. I said well thats the reason why I did not bring it in yesterday because of the wait and the guy informed me that he will be sure to get me in and out today. He then said well we don't have your tire and its gone be three hours before we can get it. I said well thats another thing he informed me yesterday he was gone be sure my tire was gone be here and available for me. He just had the face as if he didn't really care, but I was getting very upset because when people makes appointments, and you promise things and when the customer arrive you change it all around and act like you dont care. I have to take time out of my busy day because everytime I call its always wait times or you have to leave your vehicle all day with them. So the one time I thought I was accommodated, I was not and I wasted time and took two hours off work just for this. Not to mention I got these tires in april $1400 that comes with a warranty. It sounds good at first when they talk you into getting the tires with the warranty and etc, but lord forbids your tires leaks air or get a hole in it because you will be waiting the rest of your warranty to get it fix. I had been holding off on getting my tire fix because of their wait times and just bad customer service. So then he called the Lacey store to see if they can take me in which is now gone be even more time I waste. I get here to the Lacey store and met Nice Brandon and his sweet sidekick with the spinal injury and they was able to get me in and out. Even though they are also very busy I told them my situation at the Olympia firestone and they squeezed me in with only two technicians. I know for a fact people are able to move mountains if they really wanted to especially after you promise a service. But it also depends on the person as well and the customer. I guess I wasn't the right fit to move mountains for.

I am kind of disappointed with my experience here. The people are nice, but I made an appointment for 8am, I have a very busy day, and I let them know that. I scheduled an oil change, and my car didn’t get lifted until 8:40. No one, and I mean no one else was here for a service. It should not take that long for my oil change to even start.

I made an appointment for Sunday January 25th 2026 at 2:00pm. I paid $10 for a basic inspection. I was handed a printed receipt of what may need to be done. Brake related. After this appointment, both of my windows do not roll down. 01-30-2026. 1 am sitting in this parking lot writing a review after being told I would need to pay again for them to look at my vehicle again. They were the last ones to touch this truck. Not happy.

A family member of mine had a fast leak in their tire on a Sunday morning, and Firestone was one of the only places open. The staff was very helpful, walked them through the options, and provided quick, efficient service. They even went above and beyond with customer care, making sure everything was handled smoothly. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. I definitely recommend this Firestone location for reliable and friendly service!

We got a flat over the 3 day weekend and all places were closed. We have a special tire that they didn't have in stock. Not only did they let us store the car safely there overnight while we found another tire, they put in on with speed and care the next day. So glad they were open and able to help us.

I had a great experience at this Firestone location! I called them on my lunch break after discovering a nail in my tire that morning. They told me to come in, and even though they were super busy, they got me in quickly and checked it out right away. Unfortunately, the tire couldn’t be repaired, and I needed a new one. I originally tried to put on my spare so I could take it back to the original place I got the tire from, only to find out the spare was from the early 2000s and completely useless 😅 Jacob and Henry were awesome throughout the whole process! Super patient and helpful, especially while I was calling my boyfriend to figure things out. Despite the rush(helping other customers and taking calls), their customer service was top notch, and they made sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend 👍

I had a fast leak in a tire on a Sunday morning. I was glad that Firestone was one of the only places open on a Sunday. Jake was very helpful by talking me through different options, and even helped restart my phone which was locked up. I appreciated his consultative approach. Firestone itself did not have the type of Bridgestone tire Honda is using on 2025 hybrid all wheel drive CRV's or something close enough. Ultimately, we figured out that waiting until Monday and checking with Honda to get the same tire On this new CRV would be the best option. Capital Honda did have the exact tire. I would go back to Firestone again if I needed other tires.

Purchased the lifetime alignment in 2017 for my vehicle. I have used it at the Lacey store primarily but changed to the Olympia store after experiencing extremely long wait times at the Lacey store. I sometimes had additional services done but typically only scheduled the lifetime alignment since I go to quick lube for oil changes. On my last visit to the Olympia store, I was informed I needed new tires which I was aware of. On my most recent visit to the Olympia store after purchasing new tires at another business, I was lied to that my vehicle needed a new control arm because it was bent. Jake showed me pictures on his phone which showed a perfectly placed shadow that gave the illusion of a bend. He told me my vehicle was unable to be aligned because of this. I waited 1.5 hours for my vehicle just to be told that it was unserviceable. Today my husband brought my vehicle for an alignment at another local chain tire shop which had no problems aligning it. Frustrated that I was lied to just because I typically do not purchase additional services when scheduling a lifetime alignment service. Shady business practices, stay away!

I had a great experience at this Firestone! The team took excellent care of my car. They did a full diagnostic, fixed everything that needed attention, and were honest enough to check my wheel alignment (which turned out to be fine) without charging me for it. I really appreciate their honesty, friendliness, and top-quality service. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Firestone. The staff was professional, honest, and efficient. Jake did an amazing job at clearly explaining everything my vehicle needed. He was patient and made sure I was well taken care of. The service was quick, fairly priced, and done right the first time. I will definitely be back to receive future services! Highly recommend!

Brendon remembered me from the Lacey shop. And Jake asked me question about me and my needs and walked me through several options. No pressure just very personable and patient. My new tires were installed in a very timely manner. Tom did a great job ! This is my third Ram and fourth set of tires from Firestone. Love my new Dueler AT Ascent tires. And it is a no brainer - get the life time wheel alignment. It pays for itself with 2 uses. Come in every year and get your alignment checked.
