Nice folks. Straight forward. Knowledgeable. Haven't picked up the car yet, so no comment on the vehicle.

The parts department is extremely rude and if I could give it (her) a -10 NO STARS all because of this chicks attitude and the body language is made me feel unsafe and unappreciated

I don’t understand why they even let you make an appointment. Over 4 hours for an oil change. The system in place is not set up to respect your time.

Even with the big signs I was unsure of where to go at first, but a lovely staff member pointed me in the right direction. Everyone I spoke to was Genuine and Kind. They got to my car quickly and took care of everything I needed while still being thorough. Really appreciate everything they did for me. I will continue to work with this team from now on!

Prices don’t match… don’t post an online price for my specific vehicle, and be able to select “wait for vehicle” when you need it overnight. Pictures posted for proof that oil changes are listed online at a price (still a ridiculous price). So why is my bill near $140, and when questioned you say it’s not listed for less than I’m paying?

Needed warranty work for door latch. They decided the other side needed to be fixed as well. Now our van door is permanently locked shut. They said it had been in an accident before. We bought this certified pre-owned and the door worked fine for 5 years. Now they say it has to go to a body shop and we are out of luck. No help on their end. Gross people.

I have had a few experiences with the Service Department. First of all if a person comes in at 8 in the morning, I think it’s reasonable expectation that your vehicle will be ready that day or the advisor will notify you that it won’t on the same day. If you don’t have time to fix it, please don’t have me jump through hoops to get it there in the morning (or the night before) and not be ready the same day. Toyota, Mercedes, and BMW can do it, so can you. It is not easy to be without a vehicle for more than one day. Second of all, why is there a video published by Kia, the manufacturer, showing me my car can be remotely parked to go straight forward, or straight backward using only the key fob-and the service tech tells me I can’t do it that way-even though I have a smart fob. And the car came with RSPA. There are not enough minutes in a day to let the car park itself-it’s only got a 50:50 success rate, and I do not have the time. My issue is at work the parking spaces are narrow enough that I have difficulty getting in out of the car once it is parked. I want to line the car up, get out. Remote start and push the forward button so it rolls into the space and at the end of the day go back to the car, remote start, and press the reverse button so it rolls out of the space. Kia videos show this is possible, but the Service tech says it’s not.

We took my wife’s Kia Sportage here for the tow hitch recall notice (free fix). The car was also leaking a bit of oil so we asked them to go ahead and let us know what was going on with that, while they were at it. They performed the recall and charged us around $200 for the inspection to let us know what was up with the oil leak. They told us the leak was so bad that it had caused $6,000 worth of damage. Then they offered to buy the car for $4,500 because it was in “such bad shape”. We took it for a second opinion and got the car fixed for $175 plus the cost of an oil change. It was just a failed oil pressure sensor. This dealership is shady. Will never be back for anything other than if they need to fix another recall. This is completely unacceptable business practice.

Honestly horrendous every time we book an appointment and show up for said appointment they tell us our appointment isn’t in there and it’s a different day or they simply can’t find it, even when we have verified the appointment multiple times. The service department is severely lacking even though they got bought out it’s the same horrible service. We will no longer be using this service department and we will drive the extra distance to Puyallup in order to get our cars maintenance done. Hopefully they fix their appointment booking program & they start putting customer satisfaction and the cars maintenance in the forefront. We have had years of experience with them and have put up with a lot of errors not only with appointments but with the services also, it’s cost a lot of time and money on our part and I know we aren’t the only ones.

Needed warranty service for failed oil pressure sensor switch that was causing oil leak. (Had been diagnosed by my automotive shop.) When I made appointment for repair I spoke with service manager to describe the problem and the importance of having all parts available since we only have one car. He said they would need to keep the car overnight and I emphasized I would need transportation home. When I came for the repair (after waiting 2 weeks), these arrangements were not made. I was offered an Uber ride home or a rental car. The parts were not received until the middle of the next day and the repair was not completed until the following afternoon. This lack of coordination is unacceptable. The only redeeming factor is the leak seems to be fixed. I will not return unless there is no alternative for warranty service.

We’ve had to come here sooo many times with our 2023 Kia. It’s pretty much always a negative experience. They’re bad about keeping in touch with you about the status of repairs. With my latest experience, they’ve had our car for over 9 days and no work has occurred yet (granted, they had to order a part, but they haven’t kept us updated or returned our calls). While in here, I see a bunch of employees just standing around chatting.

The dealership lock box broke a rain guard on the car I purchased and I noticed after getting home 90 miles away. I came in the replace and waited all day 3 times. 4th time they gave me a courtesy car and asked if they could keep my car for a few days because they got the wrong part again. Now my check engine light is on P0302 engine piston 2 failure and my local mechanic said the car has a possible bad head gasket. But I live 90 miles away and there’s no courtesy cars available until next month. This is a total nightmare.

My car has been in the shop for three weeks. I don’t believe they have even started any work. We call daily for updates and no one is available and we rarely get calls back. I just want my car back at this point.

Great people. Not smart! Dont buy a Kia, the warranty will require you to take it yo this place. hey, find a person that hasn't taken their kia into the shop in the first two years. i havent found one, yet! If there is someting wrong, they will charge you! Say your inverter or dc regulator is going out. They will tell you that its the battery and charge you $200+ diagnostic. Even if two different O'Reilly's tested the batter and both saud the battery is perfectly fine. But, because you dont want issues, you soend $300 more on a new battery and the issue still randomly occures. Thusly, i have tell them their stupid and after waiting for the part to completely brake. good thing i have road side assistence from them- a must have if you own a kia!

It's alright. They push the air filter scheme on a brand new car $70-80 replacement on a $14 easy to replace part. Service scheduling is a mess. We were not notified we could not pick up vehicle same day dispite dropping off 8am. The work they did was good. Usual expensive main fees.
