Made an appt with Les Schwab through their website, super easy. Took my car in for a problem but they weren’t able to fix it, they tried to help but it need to be dealt with through the dealership. They were honest and did not charge me for this service despite spending time to help diagnosis this problem. We will definetly be coming back to buy our tires and future services with this site.

We sent one of our trucks in to have the brakes looked at, and then received an invoice for over two thousand dollars. Apparently, our van with 100K miles needed new calipers, pads, rotors turned, new brake fluid, etc.. My issue isn't necessarily with the service or the pricing, the problem is that they didn't call us to get authorization to do the repairs. Then when I called to talk to the person in charge (assistant manager), he was defensive and didn't seem interested in resolving the issue. I reminded him that we've always required authorization from management, and that our account should be noted/flagged so this doesn't happen again. He just seemed to be dismissive, like it was our problem and not his.. Hopefully this review leads to more thorough training for him in the art of customer service.

Had 3 attempts at fixing my tire , each time telling me it was fixed. Then they tried to charge me for a new one. I had to threaten legal action before they decided to replace the tire. 6 months before that they improperly installed brakes on my car causing a violent vibration. See pics. Poor service, disrespectful, no accountability, poor management.. I absolutely hate this place. Do not go here. Go to discount tire.

This is a professional operation with skilled and engaged employees and leadership, a really well-run shop. The level of service at Les Schwab is so good that there is no reason to go anywhere else for automotive service - much better than any dealership I have used, especially in the honesty department.

Above and beyond! Our new car arrived with max performance summer tires which we needed to swap out for UHP all season tires. We drove the brand new car 6/10ths of a mile from the dealership to this shop. They had our tires in stock and fit us in without an appointment. Industry leading customer service like this keeps us coming back to Les Schwab. Thank you very much!

This was the first time I've felt like Les Schwab tried to scam me and I feel really disappointed. :/ I made an appointment for an alignment. I dropped my car off. 2 hours later, I think it was Bryce, called me, and told me they didn't do the alignment because I had so many underlying issues that needed to be fixed first. They quoted me over $2,000 to fix everything. I asked him if I could call around to see if there were cheaper options and he said that the "Les Schwab promise" is that they have the cheapest prices, and that I could call around, but assured me it was probably cheapest there. When I walked back to pickup my car, I saw this same guy who talked to me on the phone driving my car around the block. It had my stickers and everything, it was definitely my car. On the phone he said I needed to get my car fixed ASAP before more damage was done. Driving my car around the block is already strange and uncomfortable, but if it was in such dire state, why would he do that? I took my car to a local automotive shop and they did the alignment for $181 and saw something a little wonky in the back tires, but they said it wasn't an issue to be fixed right now and to monitor it. I'm relieved but, again, disappointed.

Brought in my wife's car and bingo they (Matt at the Capital Mall Drive branch, Olympia, WA) made an accurate diagnosis on the car brake squeak, which was pretty cosmetic. This was helpful because now my wife knows that she is safe whenever she drives her car. Thank you!

would honestly give 0 stars if i could. asked if i could fill the air in my tires. person begrudgingly told me to wait to the side and they’ll help when they can. waited 20 minutes as bays looked full. multiple people walked past me without helping. someone else got their tires filled before i did and was there for maybe two minutes. i drove away without even being helped. sad and unprofessional.

I would really like to tell the executive powers that run Les Schwab that there is no other Tire company for me. Over the past 20-25 years I always call on you 1st and yesterday when I called Jamie 13 minutes before closing, he said, "We will stay here for you....." Pouring down rain, had to call a family member (as I am disabled ) to remove transfer and install the new tire AND JAMIE and Other associates were still there as promised to get me back on the road. Unfortunately, on my way home..... Yes you guessed it, the other front tire went flat. Unfortunately, I had to tow my vehicle off the freeway at pretty much the same cost for another tire but I am safe. I have to figure this out and hopefully I will be able to get yet another tire only from Les Schwab!

Thank you so very much, Jamie and Jeff. One of the reasons I adore Les Schwab so much is due to their customer service, and this was no different when I needed replacement windshield wipers this morning, 10.22.2025. Jamie met me at my KIA and jumped into action to ensure my wipers are in working condition, as we are entering our rainy season here in Western Washington. I have been a customer of Les Schwab for decades, most recently in Grays Harbor County, now West Olympia, and Les Schwab has always shown great concern for my safety on the road. Les Schwab has even said to me on more than one occasion, “We just want to make sure you are safe on the road, Miss Kennedy.” Les Schwab always goes over and above to ensure that I am safe, that my tires have good tread, that they have the proper air pressure, and that my vehicle is safe. I cannot even remember the last time I purchased new tires from anywhere other than Les Schwab, because their prices are beyond reasonable and manageable, their work is superb, they always make time, even with their walk-in customers, and as a single woman (now 59 with grown sons who are out of state) Les Schwab always takes care of me the same as they would their own Mothers, and that means the world to me. Thank you, Les Schwab, Jamie, Jeff, and all of you who have been taking care of my vehicles and my safety for decades. With all my heart, thank you. I had to get new brakes with all the fixings and a set of new tires. Les Schwab took care of everything! They called me in advance to go over my options and get me priced so when I got here it was all set up and didn't take nearly as long as it could have. They asked me questions to make sure I was getting the options that fit my driving needs, and everyone was KIND. What could have been a super stressful and overwhelming experience was made easy. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment online for tires with the option to add on brakes depending on what they told me. I had researched online what I was interested in, and I'm happy that the associate agreed with me in regards to value, cost and noise levels. The cost printout was spot on and gave me different options. As soon as brakes being needed were confirmed and they said they could get the parts needed from another shop within 20 minutes I decided to do the brakes then and there. I had a suspicion an alignment was next just from how my car had been driving recently and sure enough alignment added on. All of these services I anticipated and had the money set aside for. I packed a charger, some snacks for myself and my son and we spent roughly 2 hours in total. Staff were all friendly to anyone who came in and we even were offered an activity book and crayons which we had fun doing together. No one wants to spend $$$ on their car or their time to make it happen, but I'm glad I didn't put it off. I love how my car handles, especially as PNW rain season is fully here in effect. Once I have a further need I won't hesitate to come back. The reminder emails and texts and after summary were appreciated. Being involved every step of the way felt like teamwork at it's best example. Thank you everyone! You made the process easy and the cooking channel in the background fun to listen to.

I just needed to get air in my tires and didn’t have any change for a pay pump so I went here. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of women working here. The associate at the desk was very friendly and instructed me to pull around to the first bay. There was already a young lady waiting for me when I pulled around. I think her name was Brynn? She was very sweet and eager to help. She also noted I was missing a cap on the air nozzle of one tire and got me a replacement for free. Overall, very pleased with the kindness and efficiency of the people I interacted with here.
