My car started having issues right around when I was leaving the mall in Olympia. I stopped by this place and every single person, including Dallas We’re helpful to me in finding out what was wrong . I was able to schedule an appointment with Reggie and Randy, and just as before, were all very helpful in regards to helping me fix my car.. Very prompt, open communication and honesty helped this process go fairly smooth for me!

Reggie got me checked in the second I pulled up and was professional and courteous. Quinton was amazing! He took the time to actually figure out where my oil leak was coming from. He explained everything and got me an appointment scheduled to fix it. AND I was in and out in 30 minutes. I have been to other jiffy lubes and this one is the best!

Always such an awesome time at this location! I have been coming here for 5+ years for oil changes, tire rotations, air filters etc… They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. There is an obvious camaraderie amongst the team here and they all seem genuinely happy in their careers which is amazing to feel as a customer who awkwardly sits in their car while getting work done!

I ran out of time to change my own oil before a trip. I brought my own filter and oil on my way out of town. Without informing me of if the cost (which was 20 dollars not two years ago) I was charge 70 bucks. 70 bucks for 5 minutes of labor when the shop had no other cars waiting for service. Glad to see greed is still alive and well in corporate America.

Staff was mediocre. They didn't have to the oil wanted. They told me I bought it I brought it along with an oil filter they do my oil change. Did that came back and I was still charged full price even though I brought my own oil filter and oil and they just kind of blew me off when I said something about it. Very disappointing and will never return to any jiffy lube

They forgot about my appointment and I had to make a new one. Then when I showed up for my appointment, they forgot to refill my coolant, which they told me they'd do when I made the appointment and when I showed up for the appointment. So I had to drive back across town to get it done. Then, when I show up, they told me they forgot to order it, and that I just need to wait five minutes for it to show up. It has been twenty minutes and I'm still waiting.

(My boyfriend doesn't write reviews but I knew I should write this one for him. so this is **his experience) I am beyond frustrated with jiffy lube. I brought my car in specifically to fix a coolant leak, and after waiting over five hours, the leak was still not repaired. To make matters worse, the car now has smoking issues that weren’t there before. It’s clear that the shop was not focused on the coolant leak and got distracted by other issues. This lack of proper attention and testing before returning the car is unacceptable and unsafe. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never return for any service again, only for something as simple as an oil change and from these previous reviews, just go somewhere else. I would strongly recommend trying a different place next time.

Came into get get an oil change, website said 85$ oil changes. Pulled up my coupon and would accept it, pulled up another coupon on the website for 30$ off. Wouldn’t take that either. Best they’d give me is 10$. Spilled oil all over My exhaust manifold and is smoking 15 minutes later. My tires were over filled and I didn’t come in to have those filled so now I get to go home and drain them back down from them putting 50 pounds in a load rating E tire you should run 35 in which was where they were at. Paid 150$ for a headache from oil burning off my exhaust and to have to put my air in my tires back down to where they should be. Paint on my truck had grease all over it and they drug a hose on the paint and scratched it and left oil on it. Pictures attached.

Amazing experience! I was there by 8 AM and they were ready to go. Less than 15 minutes I got the oil changed, and in less than 30 I got my battery replaced.
